Peaceful guesthouse located just 1 mile from the AMP

Enjoy staying on our peaceful 3 acre property, yet only minutes from the Promenade Mall and AMP. Quick access to I-49 will take you quickly to all of the area attractions including the U of A, Crystal Bridges, Bentonville's bike trails, or Walmart headquarters.
While you are home enjoy the peaceful setting and relax in our 2 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and incredibly comfortable Helix King mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room a sleeper sofa with pull out queen bed to sleep up to 6 people total. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need including microwave, frig, stove, crockpot, coffee pot, toaster, etc. There is also a full size washer and dryer.
We live on the property and are onsite to insure your next stay is everything you want it to be.We would love the opportunity to host your next stay here in NWA.

This location was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. My favorite part was watching the sun rise over the pasture in the morning. It was beautiful. The host has done a great job of creating a relaxing spot for guests.

This was an absolutely great experience from top to bottom. Fantastic water pressure in the shower makes such a difference over staying in a hotel.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home. It’s exactly as pictured. Absolutely loved the tasteful decor and tranquil setting. We came for a show at the Walmart Amp. It was easy to get there and to shopping & restaurants while still away from the high traffic areas. We appreciated the coffee and snacks too. The Rogers and Bentonville area is beautiful with so much to see and do. Wish we could have stayed longer. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent place to stay, especially with kiddos. They had DVDs and some toys and coloring supplies for the kids. The property was exactly as listed and described. It was well stocked as well with necessities and also some complimentary drinks and snacks. We really enjoyed our time here!

The guesthouse was absolutely perfect for the few day respite we needed. Totally relaxing environment. So lovely watching the sunrise each morning. And the decor was stunning. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in! Cannot wait to return!

What a wonderful place! Everything about the guesthouse was perfect...it was spotless, near shopping & eating places. Everything you would need to fix a meal was available in the well stocked kitchen! The beds were so very comfortable! We will definitely come back!!!

"Maggies Place" is named for Holly's mother I think? It was delightful! I do think they must hire out the cleaning, when the sun shown on the kitchen and ceiling fans you could see major amounts of dust and crumbs around the front of stove and on the fans. I just recommend they watch their cleaning staff a little more closely. Bathroom was clean and nice, wonderful shower. I always joke with my friends not to look closely in the corners of my house. Overall I would still recommend staying here, the location is great and the view was lovely. Very nice basket of treats, we made popcorn for enjoying while a watching a movie. We met husband and a couple of the children, everyone was very nice.
