This house was even better in person than online could show. Clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, with wonderful extras like beach chairs and umbrella. Within walking distance of a nice breakfast place, great location.

Great location right on the bike path to Surfside Beach. Comfortable place, not fancy but nice. Host kindly offers ability to use beach chairs and towels.

Our stay was great! The location was perfect- located right on the bike path and only a few blocks from a bike shop. Quick and easy bike ride into town, the grocery store, and the beach. The house is well-equipped with cooking utensils, plenty of seating, beach equipment, and a great outdoor patio. Exactly what we needed for our week-long stay. The host was helpful and really easy to communicate with. We’re already thinking of when we can return!

A fantastic house in an ideal location for easy access to public transport, shopping, the bike path or for relaxing outside on the patio. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and grilling utensils, plates, glasses and flatware making cooking at home effortless. The house has lots of open space for the kids to play. Numerous windows allow natural light to shine through during daylight hours. Communication with the hosts during our stay was a breeze. Overall a wonder stay for our family and we would not hesitate to book again in the future!

We had such a lovely time getting to know the area.. where to get the best Lobster Roll, how to Ride the WAVE public transportation.. and how to get to the most beautiful beaches. What a wonderful space , location and Island. Thank you foemr sharing your home with us.. We hope to stay again next year.

Perfect stay! House was clean, location was great, and we had plenty of space for our family. Right next door to multiple great food spots like 45 surfside and yummy. Very close to the stop and shop, muse pizza spot and Millie’s. We also enjoyed that the bike rental “easy riders” was within walkable distance of the house. All communication was quick and smooth. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

One of the best VRBO I've rented

This was an outstanding rental property. From sharp knives in the drawers to bathtub drains that worked to comfortable beds, it is thoughtful in its furnishings and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Home away from Home on Nantucket

Our family of six stay here the week of Thanksgiving every years and it is ideal. Charming, comfortable, well equipped, spacious and walking distance to everything and the owner/ manager are nice to work with. We will be back again next year.

Perfect stay!

Our party of 5 had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly located (about a 20 min walk outside of town and right next to the bike path and bus stop). Communication was easy. Highly recommend it!

Most wonderful property for a girls trip “ Five Star weekend”. We stayed for 7 nights. l We throughly enjoyed Nantucket.The location is close to a shuttle stop and walkable to town. The kitchen is well equipped with all your needs.The rooms are spacious and well decorated. And you must try the outdoor shower with hot water.Thank you Peter for accommodating all of our requests.

Best Nantucket Trip Ever

We have traveled to Nantucket for many years. This year, our usual rental was no longer available. This house was PERFECT— well stocked and maintained, GREAT location. We had a wonderful week.

The property was as listed. Clean, well stocked, great location on bike path and free bus route. Very easy getting Ubers. Great breakfast/lunch place called 45 Surfside was two blocks away. Loved the front living room and the back sun room . We had trouble opening up the lockbox but the caretaker was onsite. Great directions on hand for tv, checking out, etc. I would stay at this house again.

Memorable Family Vacation

The house was in a great location, was clean, and was exactly as shown in the photos. Plenty of dishes, cookware, towels, etc. - everything you could possibly need. It was a delayed Christmas present/family vacation for all 7 of us (6 adults + a 1-year-old), and we had a great time. Plenty of room. Would definitely book here again! (Probably the only minor "complaint" was that the mattress in the downstairs bedroom may need to be replaced - was a bit too soft.) Thank you, Peter, for making this a memorable time for us!
