Each of the one bedroom, one bath suites feature upgrades to include new multicolor engineered walnut wood flooring, modern tile in the bathroom, new modern paint refresh in greys and blues, granite countertops and all new everything.
Furnishings include sectional couch, large modern electric fireplace, king-sized bedroom set and all the amenities you expect of a fully stocked home.
The space
This building has eight units all identical in layout and finishing. Purchaser may see slight differences from photos to include sectional couch and fireplaces vary in color. They are 90% identical and of equal appointment and quality. Marketed here is an upstairs unit, however pending availability you may request a downstairs unit. Free laundry on site and parking.
