When checking in, it turned out that the owner did not warn us that there was a large construction site right outside the window, and there was no way to contact the owner; it became necessary to check in earlier since we arrived at 5 am and 4 pm it was challenging to sit in the lobby, we tried to contact through your website, but you gave the phone to a completely different person. As a result, we checked in at four. We accepted a deposit of 400 dollars, which, upon check-out, they returned only 107 dollars since we all re-calculated all taxes and expenses. However, this was already included in the payment and paid before.
