We had a wonderful stay at this Condo! Location was perfect and close to a lot of things. The place came with everything you will need to enjoy the beach

Bare minimum/Not accurately portrayed/Slow to respond host

I wish I could show the actual photos of this condo to compare with the photos posted. The positives: Tennis court, pool area, gym and public beach within a short walk. Negatives: the actual condo is not as shown in this listing. Mis matched kids character sheets on the beds. Shabby WELL worn towels, a couple worn, pillyfleece blankets. One kitchen towel. No dish clothes. One roll of one ply toilet paper provided along with a travel size body wash, shampoo and conditioner from the Royal Caribbean cruise line. Minimal kitchen dishes- again very worn/random/mismatched. I could have found a nicer set of dishes at goodwill. The balcony was not useable. No patio set. The balcony was covered with construction tools. Every weekday morning we were woken to VERY loud drilling- ongoing construction to the balcony and/or condo directly above ours. We had to leave the condo as the noise was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak. Welcome letter provided was inaccurate with outdated/incorrect information regarding the resort complex. Finally, the management company/host of this property was not timely in response. I had an issue finding the parking garage and facility access fob when we first checked in. It was not where it was said to be or most all of the other obvious places I had. I reached out. No immediate response via messaging so I called then texted the phone number they provided. No response. I received a VRBO message response 3 hours later “did you find it?” Not impressed.

Great stay in the Ocean reserve

This stay went very well, exactly as advertised. Communication with host was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves! Thank you for this great time. Will be back :)

Arrivée en avance nous avons bien été accueilli par la réception du complexe, mais pas possible de contacter l'agence immobilière avant 14h. Problème d'ouverture de la porte avec le code, dommage d'avoir dû attendre 30 minutes pour avoir de l'aide.. Appartement conforme à la description mais le menage n'etait pas au top ! Le mobilier vieux et pas en tres bon état. Nous avons du retirer le lit simple de la chambre et mettre le matelat au sol pour notre fils car celui-ci tombait dès qu'il bougeait. Pas assez de vaisselle et de serviettes pour l'ensemble de notre famille (après signalement nous avons eu des serviettes supplémentaires et 2 tabourets). Le complexe hôtelier etait très bien, personnel très sympathique et emplacement top.
