Unfortunately, unit 314 needs some attention by the owners. Damaged appliances, paint chipping and pealing, everything is outdated. The unit was dirty. The AC unit wasn’t functioning, however that was due to a clogged drain and not a fault of the owner. Having maintenance in our room several times a day for 5 days wasn’t a great experience.

Reviewer Comments: 2 good things about our stay was being out of the cold and snow and being with family and 2 of our great grand children. In the unit the sewer backed up in the bath sink and water wouldn't drain in the shower. I Killed 1 cockroach before they sprayed and 2 after. The smoke alarm would go off when the oven door is opened etc.

We have seen 3 **** roaches. Patio furniture smells.smoke alarm goes off when you make toast or open the oven to check on a meal.went the better part of 2 days we couldn't use sinks toilet etc because working on sewer system. Etc etc

Only has essentials

Love going thru Alicia Hollis this particular condo the furniture needs updating the sofa is very uncomfortable and the bed is the same. None of the lamps worked the plugs don’t work we had to wear head lamps to see most of the time which is kind of strange. We made it work the location of the condo to the beach and pool is great the patio furniture is bad also I guess it just needs some TLC in a bad way.

Amazing!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Husband, our 2 daughters (ages 8 & 13) and I had such an amazing time!! The room was so cute (a little dated, but that was totally fine!) and the location of the room, well we couldn’t as for a better one! It was bottom level and facing the pool and the beach! Our view from our windows and patio door was so beautiful, the people who worked there and stayed there were so nice and helpful! Every morning we would wake up early to walk the beach and see the gorgeous sunrise! And what was so nice it wasn’t a long walk to the beach at all! You also get to see the coolest planes, jets and helicopters since your close to the Air Force, which was so cool!! Everything worked great in our condo as far as the microwave, oven and refrigerator. There was a dishwasher but we didn’t use it. The bed was comfortable and there was a ceiling fan in the master room (and a small fan on the dresser which we used as well)and living room, ac worked great, there’s a pull out bed in the couch where our 2 daughters slept and they had no complaints! If you needed to wash clothes the washer & dryer room in the building was so close to our room which we used once and worked great just make sure you have quarters bc you do have to pay to use it, I want to say it was $1.50 for washer and same for the dryer.Things to bring that helped us hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, disinfectant wipes, paper plates, disposable cups forks spoons and knives, small laundry detergent, small box of dryer sheets, sun screen, first aid kit, rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide (helps for swimmers ear), food snacks and drinks, beach towels (you can never have too many) and of course personal hygiene and trash bags. Those were very helpful to us. We loved our stay, and we will definitely go back and choose the same room again!
