Sleeps a family of 6, and has a private screened-in back porch that's nestled into the trees; includes patio seating, a gas grill, and a fire pit in the back yard! Perfect for families and friends! You'll love this Mountain Biking Paradise with outdoor recreation options for every adventure and nature lover! Located in the scenic Ozark Mountains in the northwest corner of Arkansas, near the Bentonville Square with lots of resturants and pubs, Crystal Bridges Museum, Walmart Headquarters, Arts and Craft Festivals, Nature Trails, Lakes, Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, Museum of Native American History, Veterans Wall of Honor, War Eagle Cavern, Back 40, Slaughter Pen Hollow Multi-Use Trail System, Compton Gardens and Conference Center, Pea Ridge National Military Park, and Bike's Blues & BBQ!

We enjoyed spending time in the beautiful home located in the wooded hills. The home is spacious and very comfortable and the host was excellent in communicating with us. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our every need, and we enjoyed the reclining sofas in the living area for relaxing. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the fire pit in the back yard, but it looked very inviting. We hope to be return for another stay the next time we visit Bella Vista.

House is very dark. Especially the kitchen. Kitchen countertops are very cluttered. The top of the baseboard trim throughout the house, and especially the bathrooms, are filthy. Had to hunt through the house to find dish towels and hand towels for the bathrooms.

This is a very nice house. The screened in deck, firepit and quiet and convenient location were great! It was perfect for a home base for our mini family reunion in NW Arkansas. The only issue we had was no lighting by fire pit. Even a solar "motion" light would have been great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, plenty of room, wonderful screened porch for when it rained and believe me it rained. We come to play golf and enjoy the fact that there are many corses close by. Will stay again if available.

Great for families!

This was our second stay in this home & we will likely return again! The location is great in a quiet neighborhood cul de sac and the home itself is comfortable and well stocked. Our kids loved playing in the backyard!
