Located nearby airports (20-25 minutes), stadiums (20-30 minutes), most beautiful beaches (10-30 minutes), Pinellas Trails (75 miles long around the county), state parks, going fishing, or sun bathing, seeing live bands at the bars and restaurants in town... Enjoy life!!!

Condo comes with full size laundry, 70" TV, Internet, beautiful new furniture, all amenities, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, slow cooker, etc.. assigned car port and guest parking, heated community pool and spa, and more..

Our condo HOA rule only allows 90 days minimum and tenants will have to pay for the application to the HOA board ($90) before checking in.
Tenants must park at designated car port or at guest parking, not to park at other's parking with numbers Trash must be put in the designated dumpster

I love seeing wildlife in the back yard, and here it comes the golf condo, I can see much better view from the 2nd floor, deer, turkeys and golfers playing in my back yard!!! How cool is that! Then after moving in, my neighbors make it all worth while: they are so kind, so helpful and so friendly! I love them all! The schools are in A rated ranking, just so you know!

Not only it is located in a prime location but it is so safe and quiet, so beautiful, wildlife (deer and turkeys), on the golf course. It is also so close to almost everything, you can decide to walk or drive to most locations no problem!
