This 3 bd/2bath is located between Houston and Galveston.Includes linens ,towels,kuerig coffe kitchen ware and basic necessities Has 2 private driveways 3 outdoor patio’s with fire pit and bbq grill. Includes Plenty of room for a boat/rv. Private neighborhood pier for fishing/relaxing steps away. Close to Kemah boardwalk ,Nasa, sylvan beach which has free boat ramp and much more

Stay on way to cruise

Plenty of room. Clean. Felt safe. It’s not a luxury home, but clean and provided a good place for us to stay and get up to go to Galveston for cruise. Best way to describe is eclectic. Easy drive to Galveston, only about 30 minutes away.

Great House and Good Location

We enjoyed the house. It took a while to cool down in the summer heat but by late evening it was very enjoyable. The neighborhood is undergoing major street and drainage upgrades - wish we’d been warned ahead of time. It was disconcerting to drive into a large construction zone. That said - they shut down by 4 pm and it was quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood park is torn up but you could fish there if you wanted. The house is old and has some quirks but is as pictured. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are quite small. Easy to get to Kemah Boardwalk.

Weekend getaway

We were looking for a peaceful place to stay the night so we could get up early and be on the water. This place didn’t disappoint. Everything was exactly as pictured. The place was super clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back sometime.

Have lived in this neighborhood for 18 yrs . Peaceful and safe . Most houses have been passed down several generations of family. Has neighborhood park with fishing pier

この宿泊施設の特徴

My property was the model home for the neighborhood and was built in 1940. Its located on 2 water view lots and definitely lots of character . Neighborhood park/fishing pier located right across the street. City putting in new drainage /water system in the neighborhood so expect construction during business hours .scheduled to be completed soon . I apologize for inconveniences.
