Great Location!!! Plenty of space 3BR/2 Bath Ranch Style home.

Amazing location that is just minutes away from the Summitt for upscale Shopping and Dining. We are only 10 minutes from Keeneland and the Airport. Downtown for UK games and other events is only 10-15 short minutes and we are also about 25 min from the horse park and Alltech Arena. The house has laminate flooring throughout and also has a Sun Room complete with a wall unit for heating and cooling. The house is in a desirable and safe neighborhood as well. Come see it for yourself!

UK visit

This is a very cute house is in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Great location if you are going to be shopping! So close to everything!! We had a great stay! 10/10 recommendation

Comfortable Home in South Lexington

Comfortable and clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, and the house was large enough that two couples and a single adult were comfortable and had privacy. I will rent this house again next time I visit Lexington.

Perfect location

House was spotless and the perfect size for five adults. We really enjoyed the sunroom! Host was so quick with responses. Quiet neighborhood but so convenient to restaurants, shops, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend trip!

Great neighborhood and great house. Clean and includes everything you need. Extremely easy process close to everything. Everything was comfortable and we had a really good time plenty of room. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Worked perfect for our overnight stay

KT getaway!

This is a lovely home that had special touches…comfy bedding,pillows and towels! The screened porch was also great and a lovely safe neighborhood for walks! The location was convenient for getting to the track, restaurants and groceries. The owner was also responsive to our inquiries. We had a great time and would definitely rent again!

Peaceful in Lexington

We loved the home. It is just as described. Very clean and great space. We were only there for one night but it was great. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book again.
