Beautiful lake front property with amazing views. Boat ramp and marina within 1 mile.
Newer bedding and linens in most rooms. Full stocked kitchen with lots of new items. Fully fenced yard and large outdoor space. Freshly painted main bath with new fixtures. Covered dock space. Outdoor seating and bbq. Home is a 3 bedroom not a 4 bedroom.

The home was perfect for a couple old Army buddies’ annual fishing trip. Great dock and boat slip. Not far off the main lake. Will rent again next time we go to Toledo Bend.

Enjoyed the lakehouse

The house was awesome. Extremely short walk to the dock. Plenty of parking. Really enjoyed the stay. Everyone loved the layout.

My fishing partner and I came in to stay for a long weekend and I bought 2 teenagers with me. The house was very tidy and well stocked, kitchen, bath, layndry room, etc. Great AC, the sunroom was converted to a sleeping room which was great to stick the fishing pertner needing to use a cpap.The kitchen was nice, we did not cook much but it has regular coffee pot, and a pod style. Ice trays were in the freezer and there was a Brita pitcher for perfect water. That was a life saver.Internet was good for being in the middle of the woods, 25MB connetion so plenty to stream television and still surf the internet.I will definitely be staying here again. The pics do not do much justice, the yeard was huge, and a nice deck outside to relax and have coffee. The fishing pier and boat stall were excellent as well.

Getaway time

This way a time to get away before the Christmas holidays started. We enjoyed the house and views were great. Just wish the beds were a bit more comfortable.

Christmas getaway

Beautiful view. Quiet surroundings. Very well setup cabin. Awesome dog area. All aound very quaint and comfortable.

Great fishing get away

The place was very clean and comfortable. Caught brim and cat fish. Lots of fun in the sun. The yard well kept and secure fencing for our two schnauzers. The atmosphere was really great. Sorry it’s over and looking forward to next year to do it again.

Fishing trip on Toledo Bend.

Great location. Holly Park Marina is just down the road. Six mile boat ramp and Fin and Feathers boat ramp are only 25-30 minute drive. Sam Rayburn less than an hour if fish are not cooperating on Toledo Bend.

Memorial Weekend Trip

We had a blast Short walk out to dock area Bring floats to swim because the water is deep The ladder needs more bolts holding it but it does work The boat lift saved us for sure because our jet ski was taking on water at one point All in all GREAT PLACE Theres isnt a 4th bedroom or half bath though

Wonderful stay

Beautiful property. If the lake is low, be prepared to go up and down a ramp to get to floating dock. There are monster fish in the lake, but all we caught were little ones, but it was so fun for my aut8st8c son. Tha jnyou!

We had a great stay at this property. Plenty of extra towels and linens if needed. It was spacious and we really enjoyed the outdoor area and pier. We ended up having vehicle trouble and had to stay much later than check out time. The hosts were very understandable and helped us get in contact with neighbors would could help. The neighbors who saw us working on the vehicle stopped and lent a hand where needed. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the area.

Great get away.

The place was clean a few small roaches,and the only thing i would suggest is to put some type of stickers on the sliding glass window my husband ran right into it. Bad for small children also,otherwise it was a good time.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Maintenance needed on back deck area and dock. Grass needs cutting Overall, house had everything you needed and was spacious. Clayton was very helpful and accommodating

Just a suggestion- to have some small toiletries available. I forgot body wash. Other than that the stay was great.

Relaxing weekend

We enjoyed our stay, swam and caught plenty of fish. Only a few drawbacks, but don't let these deter you from enjoying this home. It's 3 bed, 2 bath, not 4 bed, 2-1/2 bath. One bathroom is connected to the room with double bed so at night the other guests are sharing one bathroom. The area between the yard and the dock was flooded so walked thru mud to get there and the grass was unmowed & very high. (heavy rain the week prior) But still, it was fun and enjoyable! Great 4th birthday party for my grandson!

The property was just as pictured, clean, a/c works great, and comfortable beds. They have everything you need for your stay. The environment was calm and quiet, just what we were looking for, with very friendly neighbors. We enjoyed floating on the water, fishing, and just hanging out on the back porch. The only thing I would recommend would be to bring a few games or puzzles for the kids as they only had uno. Would definitely rent again!

Overall place was nice. Back bathroom sink the hot water didn’t work. Turned off underneath sink. Looks like had a leak. We did not want to mess with it. Kitchen area could’ve been cleaner. I would stay here again.
