On the beach at the Sandarac . . . Sunset doesn't get better than this !

Treat yourself to an extended vacation or a "work from home" holiday at the Sandarac on beautiful Fort Myers Beach!

Two-bedroom / two-bathroom classic Sandarac condominium; very spacious 1,200 square feet & situated directly on the beach. Sixth floor with million-dollar views of the Gulf of Mexico & spectacular sunsets. Perfect for two couples! Dedicated parking for one car plus additional guest parking. Public transportation on Estero Boulevard takes you directly to the North end of the island where you will find the lively, "Times Square" as well as the new Margaritaville Beach Resort (where it's always 5 o'clock apparently!).

Please note. . . the Fort Myers Beach community has worked hard since September 2022 to recover from Hurricane Ian. Luckily, our condominium suffered no damage during the storm. The Sandarac swimming pool is now restored and open, equipped with 20+ new lounge chairs for your use. The building's two elevators are both in service.
Restoration of the building's exterior as well as repairs to the common areas (parking lot, walkways, elevator lobbies) are likely to continue through the end of September 2024. Hurricane recovery efforts are likely to result in some construction noise during normal business hours.

The CVS drug store across the street is rebuilt and open. Publix grocery store (two miles north) is rebuilt and open. The 7/11 with gas station (just two doors down) is open. Restoration of "Santini Plaza" across the street is nearly complete and restaurants & shops are expected to return very soon.

We will update this description as things evolve. Meanwhile, the beach is clean, beautiful, and luxurious. The unit includes four beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach-towels for your enjoyment.
