The Space:
When you’re searching for Disney vacation rentals, you want a property that’s spacious, luxurious, and full of all the creature comforts of home. This 6 bedroom Avatar themed villa delivers all that and more! Within your home, you’ll have a fully equipped kitchen to whip up some delicious meals, letting you spend quality time with your loved ones while also saving some money. There’s also a cute dining area where you can enjoy that mouthwatering food! Then, relax with a movie night in the living room or retreat into your bedrooms to watch whatever you want on your very own flat screen! Enjoy relaxing in a private screened in pool and spa area. Pool heat can be added for $30 a day plus taxes for the duration of your vacation!
Orlando vacation rentals near Disney don’t get much more convenient than this. Just steps away from your home within the Resort at Westside you’ll find a pool, gym, and sundries shop. You can also take a quick 9 mile drive to get to Walt Disney World, or 20 mile drive to Universal Studios, golf courses, shopping opportunities, incredible restaurants, and so much more! Whether you’re celebrating something special or are just planning a fun vacation, this rental home has it all.

When you arrive, just stop by the guard gate (or the clubhouse if needed) to grab your proxy card by showing your booking info. Ready to dive into the clubhouse pool? Swing by the clubhouse to quickly sign an electronic waiver with your name and rental address, and then you’re all set for some fun in the sun!

Beautiful home, very close to every amenity you could need. 13 minute drive to Disney. Owner/management is very responsive to messages and the communication was great throughout the stay. Will be staying here again!

The house was great just as advertised and the communication with the host was wonderful. The check-in process at the gate was easy and the neighborhood was wonderful. We definitely would stay again.

Communication was great very fast response. House was tidy when we arrived and had almost everything we needed and the few missing utensils we bought and left for the next people. We paid for pool heat which was great once it warmed up. Bbq rental was delivered day we arrived. The community is amazing and the main pool area our kids absolutely loved, staff was great. Garbage pick up daily. Walmart and seven eleven were close by. We would definitely come back again we were 6 adults and 5 kids and the house had plenty room for everyone.

The house was beautiful and had everything we could have wanted for our large family ranging from ages 1 to 65. I loved that all the bathrooms had double sinks and had them in a separate room from the shower and toilet! It was so convenient for sharing bathrooms! For the baby, there was a pack n play, toys, and multiple strollers! I overpacked not realizing they had all of that provided! Steve was fantastic at communicating and responding super quickly to every question we had! The pool was very clean and perfect for cooling off after time in the parks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Exactly what we were looking for

We had a pretty large group and stayed for 2 weeks and it was so nice to come home every night to this home. Plenty of space for us to spread out after long days in the crush of humanity at theme parks. The location is great. Disney parks were pretty consistently about 20-25 minute drives. Universal is a bit longer (about 50 minutes usually) mostly due to traffic. The bedrooms and living spaces are large and the beds are comfortable. It was so nice to have the number of bathrooms this place has. Even with 11 of us nobody ever had to wait for a bathroom or shower. The manager was very communicative and always answered messages promptly. Checkout was a breeze! We would definitely stay again.

A novel experience!

The “gated community” experience was new for me. The houses were individual, high quality materials and spacious. They were just 5’ apart, really packed in. But it worked. When you were inside it was your haven, and the outside was the enclosed pool side that had enough privacy to feel private while part of a larger community.We thoroughly enjoyed our house’s heated pool, and the resort’s kiddie pool area and lazy river. Plus it was 30 minutes away from Disney, and 15 minutes away from Walmart for all home away from home needs.

This house was plenty big enough for my family of 7. The first floor bedroom with full bath was great if you have someone elderly or can’t do stairs. My kids loved having the pool access. The location of house was great in relation to parks. The community pool area was nice but very busy and no chairs available and just a heads up, you have to bring your own tube for the lazy river.

The house was beautiful and things were clean, unfortunately things slowly started to go downhill. The king and queen beds were extremely uncomfortable and both king beds had a weird hump in the middle, we ended up going to Walmart and purchased foam mattress tops for our stay. The second day we went to cook and the pans were bent and caked in grease. For the second part of our stay, we paid to have the pool and hot tub heated. The hot tub did not stay hot and would shoot out cold water, there were times the pool was warmer than the hot tub. The garage with the games were not set up as shown in the pictures, there was a second pool table that was ripped up and in the way. To play ping pong we had to move things around to make room.These were all things we were able to look past, then our second last day was a disheartening way to end a great vacation. The power went out to our house only. We were unable to make any food or do anything, the heat to the pool stopped working and eventually everything in the fridge went warm. We went all day with no communication from the host he was not returning any of my mesaages and we found out through his property management team that the hydro bill was not paid and that's why we went a whole day without power. We ended up spending more money than planned due to their errors. The stress of having no power on this last day was a very frustrating and disheartening way to end our vacation and the host not responding was appalling

Our entire family had a great time!!! We had 12 in all 3 couples, 2 young kids... and 4 singles the rooms worked out perfect. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone! We heated the pool and used it a lot! We also enjoyed the complex pool, lazy river and gym on our Disney downtime days. Great memories for us all!!!!Host always responded quickly to any questions.

The home was a great size and layout for two families. The pool was nice, but the pool heating took a few days to get warm enough to swim but once the water warmed up to temp the pool and hot tub was enjoyed by everyone. The game room was nice however one of the pool tables and the ping pong table was in very poor condition. The pots and pans were very poor/unusable condition so once we reached out to the host they sent new pans the same day which was great. The kitchen lacked some of the basic items such as spatulas and baking sheets. We had problems with multiple smoke detectors in the home, they would continuously beep. We contacted the host multiple times, maintaince was sent to the home on two occasions but one time they only replaced batteries in one detector which didn’t fix the issue and then the next time they replace just one detector after we brought it to their attention that it was expired. We were woken up in the middle of the night to other detectors continuously beeping, eventually we just had to unplug them. The smoke detectors constantly going off was very worrisome for our children and disruptive to everyones sleep. I strongly encouraged the host to replace all the detectors before the next guests as the ones we had to unplug were all expired. Although the host was responsive to our reachouts, the problem with smoke detectors was never fully resolved during our stay. The home was nice but needed overall maintenance.
