Fully furnished with a queen bed, rear balcony, washer and dryer in-unit, and Free Garage Parking! Hip modern finishes include granite countertops, stainless appliances, 12' ceilings, hardwood floors, and full windows allowing natural light all day long.

There are fantastic restaurants, breweries, taco bars, live music, coffee and wine bars within a few steps of the front door. Fast access to the beaches and just one block from the Cape Fear Riverwalk, you won't find a better location!

I had a great stay in this condo. It was very close to where my conference was hosted (Hotel ballast) and conveniently located near several restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Charming Condo

The condo was very cute and clean. We had a lovely stay! Great location within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and live oak bank pavilion. We had a minor issue when our room key broke but the host was so nice and very quick to have a new one delivered. We would definitely recommend to friends and will stay again if we are in Wilmington!

Great cozy location right by the river in Downtown Wilmington.

A very clean modern space within easy walking distance of many restaurants and bars in downtown Wilmington. Ideal for two people. Hosts were friends and easy to reach. A parking pass was included for a parking deck one block away that was in and out of.

Good home base just not cozy

Really nice place - just the bed and the couch was pretty uncomfortable- my husband and I woke up with a headache everyday. The bar isn’t really enough space to eat at since the stools don’t go under comfortably. For the money it cost I expected a little better quality of a bed. Other than that- it’s a okay space to use for a base if you are going out most of your stay.

Lots of local shops and restaurants in the area, and the riverwalk (with a great view of the Battleship across the river), although a portion of the riverwalk is under construction. There's a really nice gourmet grocery store a couple blocks away.

Our downtown is such a fun place to visit! Steeped in history, there are so many great restaurants, cafes, shops, breweries, distilleries, bars, live music and the gorgeous Cape Fear River just one block away. Quick access to Wrightsville Beach, the film studios, Live Oak Pavilion, ILM airport and much more. We have so many great spots, right outside our door!

I grew up going to NYC / Greenwich Village. As soon as I walk into our building I feel like I am in the village in NYC. I love the tall ceilings, the wide moldings, hardwood floors, wood railings, the little details and my favorite... the red doors.

We also provide free garage parking for our guests and an in-unit washer/dryer combo.
