What a wonderful place to stay! Charming, spacious and beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail like multiple electronic charges, a great kitchen, large bathroom and closet space. Great location for walking downtown and easy driving around Wilmington. It was very nice to have off the street parking.Adam was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t provided for. My husband and I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful!! Clean!! Cozy!! Well managed place to stay! Adam was very responsive when we accidentally tried to go in the front of the house instead of the back door unit we were in. This was amazing considering we checked in a day late due to our change of plans. The off street out back parking was awesome! They thought of everything one might need…water, snacks, coffee, creamers, makeup wipes, and more! The decor was so elegant, classy, and calming after a busy day exploring the city. We walked to breakfast at The Drift which was about 3/4 miles and walked up and down market street! We fell in love with downtown Wilmington and look forward to our return here! Adam happened to be on sight doing some yard work, etc. and asked for our feedback about what he could improve upon. We only gave him a couple of minor suggestions…including the need for a spatula to cook eggs. He immediately ordered one and had it delivered that night! Really impressed us! He was also so friendly and we enjoyed our conversation together! Highly recommend this awesome place for comfort and location!! Thanks Adam!!

We chose historic downtown Wilmington because it has so much personality! You can walk to the Riverwalk, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and local spots that make the city feel lively and fun. What we love most is that it feels both energetic and full of character. It gives guests the chance to really experience downtown Wilmington instead of just passing through it.
