Welcome to your dream beachfront getaway at Phoenix East! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is perfectly positioned on the 7th floor, providing stunning Gulf Front views and a comfortable retreat for up to 8 guests.

The master bedroom, offering direct Gulf Front views, is a sanctuary of relaxation with a king-sized bed. The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two full-sized beds, ideal for family or friends traveling together. For added convenience, a sofa queen in the living room provides extra sleeping space.

Both bathrooms are equipped with convenient tub-shower combinations, ensuring everyone's needs are met.

The condo is located directly over the pool, offering a unique and vibrant poolside view, and it's conveniently close to the elevator.

The building provides a range of amenities for your enjoyment, from outdoor and indoor pools to a splash pool for family fun, and a hot tub for relaxation. Stay active in the fitness center, or challenge your friends to a game on the outdoor tennis and racquetball courts. After your activities, unwind in the sauna or prepare a delicious barbecue on the grill.

Access to the beach is just 450 feet away, with a 270-foot boardwalk ensuring easy access to the sandy shores. Whether you're lounging by the pool, taking a dip in the ocean, or enjoying the stunning views from your beach-facing balcony, your stay at Phoenix East promises to be a memorable and relaxing experience for all.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We enjoyed our stay… but the freezer drawer was extremely hard to pull in and out. Once we put a few things in there, I wasn’t sure we would be able to get anything out. It needs some paint in areas, especially the guest bath. The website said the 2 beds in the guest room were queens, but I’m not sure that was correct. Overall, it’s a good long weekend condo!
