Deanna is an outstanding host. She was lighting quick to respond to any inquiries both ahead of and during our stay, and the accommodations were excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better home base while in town to fish. She seems to vet her guests well too, our neighbors were awesome. Will certainly book again!

Fantastic stay. Came just as expected. The fire pit was an unexpected surprise along with the supply of wood. The outdoor kitchen area is very cool. You may want to consider a new lock on the boat storage. The boat storage was super convenient as well as the proximity of the boat ramp. I will stay again

Wonderful cabins with great outdoor kitchen. fire pit, corn hole, where we enjoyed smores and games with our grandchildren. Plan on staying here again!

Spring fishing trip

Perfect set up for fisherman. Very clean and neat property. Just up the street from a boat ramp. The covered boat and truck parking is a major plus.

Fishing trip

Myself uncle and cousin did fishing trip . Cabin very close to boat ramp . Property owners very friendly and helpful . Place to lock boat and charge boat nightly out of weather and secure . Will definitely stay here again ! Deanna and Don were great hosts !

We chose the neighborhood to build our cabins in because it's in an ideal location. It's within walking distance to Lake Hartwell and just 1/4 of a mile to the nearest and largest boat ramp, Broyle's Landing. It's also just 5 miles to Green Pond landing, where the majority of fishing tournaments are held.
