Scott Beach Villa #3

Located on the east end of the island at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, sleep 6, Air condition, Electric Range, Microwave, Granite Counter Tops, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, TV Streaming Service, Wifi. Has a large back-up generator (House is fully powered 24/7). Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood.

Guest access.....
You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on a 60" flat screen HDTV, hang out at the pool. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day and do some grilling.

Neighborhood overview.......
The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, every safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Getting around
You can get a taxi to anywhere you need to go on the island but it will be very pricey, I highly recommend renting a car so you can go wherever you want and when you want. We have a family owned rental car business and we offer our guest up to 15% discount on rental cars. Guest can also take our cars to St John on the car barge from Red Hook to visit and explore the beaches and parks in St John.

Other things to note.........
We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Fans, T.V, Showers, etc.....

This is a great place! The owner lives onsight, always around to answer questions, solve problems etc. Dexter is very friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean! Location is great. Pristine property, spacious and clean !

This rental has everything , full kitchen , 2 full baths, king bed , 2 queens, snorkel gear, cooler, beach towels and chairs , gorgeous porch/ veranda , very clean, parking, close to charlotte amalie and red hook. And an ice machine ! And washer dryer in unit !

This was a great homebase. Easy to get to, lots of fruit trees to discover, very clean and spacious. The pool was warm, towels fresh, and all the water toys were a nice surprise.

An Absolute Gem!

Our host communicated wonderfully the entire time and made us feel welcome from the start. The property is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Impeccably clean and in perfect condition. It is a beautiful home with great furnishings, comfortable beds, great AC, and a well stocked kitchen with great amenities!!Located in the East End, it is quiet, relaxing, and away from the crowds. That said, everything is close and easy to get to. You’re less than 10 minutes from Red Hook, Sapphire Beach and Coki Beach. There’s a Food Center (great grocery store) and gas less than 5 minutes away. This is the best place we’ve ever rented and when we return, we will always try to secure this place first!!Thanks so much for an amazing experience!!!

Perfect in every way

This is my third time on the island and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. Location is perfect, just a two minute drive to Red Hook. Dexter was very accommodating and prompt with any questions we had. A lock was broken and he remedied it late at night for us. The pool is perfect! Will be staying here from here on out!

Great USVI Vacation

We had a great time at Scott Beach Villas! Everything was clean and it was easy to get to and check in. Communication was also great. We had an issue with the kitchen light that was fixed quickly! The only thing that would be nice is if there were a few more staples in the kitchen, like spices. Thank you for a great property to stay at!

Clean, quiet & spacious

We loved the property, it was so clean and had everything onsite. Dexter and his team were great to work with. He also offered extras like snorkeling gear, beach chairs and beach towels. When staying here you’ll want to buy your own coffee and cooking spray. The only suggestion we have is updating the beach walk to 10 minutes. We ended up driving to Scott Beach which was not a place to go. We definitely recommend staying at this property just plan to drive 10 minutes to a different beach and you will have an amazing trip!

Very Clean!

Dexter was available at all times, even after we returned home from our trip. The beaches are beautiful and thr locals are kind. There is a good chance we may return.

Amazing Property/Would Stay Again

Dexter and the team are amazing, I stayed with them 2 times and both times I was not disappointed. We chartered a boat out of Compass Point Marina and this was the perfect place to make a base to get provisions and relax before and after the trip. A generator is a must on St Thomas and the property never lost power even when the rest of the island did....cold AC that kept the wife happy! Thank you Dexter for all the help and great communication between yourself and team.

The host has a lovely property and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is close to the ferry in Red Hook and there are restaurants, shopping, and beautiful beaches nearby. Dexter went above and beyond to help when our flight was canceled. We would definitely love to return!

Perfect location for day trips

The condo is very clean and comfortable with all the space and amenities we needed. The bed and linens are luxurious. This was a great base camp for day trips and going to all the beaches. Dexter was highly responsive to any questions we had. I would also recommend renting an SUV from him if you need a vehicle. His team made it so easy.
