**New Renovations** - Fresh paint, remodeled primary bath, new stainless steel appliances, mattresses, beds, and upgraded decor.

Get comfortable and unwind in this 3 king bedroom, 3 bathroom condo complete with everything you need for an amazing vacation. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the views from the comfortable screened-in patio overlooking the brook that flows down to the pond and fountain. Entertain with a fully equipped kitchen with dining table that sits 8 and bar seating for 4 more. Kid friendly with twin over twin bunk bed, a pack-n-play, "in-chair" high chair, and kids dinnerware so families can travel with less luggage. Relax in the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and reclining leather couches. 2 additional twin air mattresses are available to accommodate larger groups.

Several amenities on site including Starbucks, 2 outdoor pools and a hot tub! Within a short distance of a first class golf course at Point Royale. Also a movie theater, a spa, and a café on the property for an added cost. We think you'll love the location as our condo is far enough from the strip to give you a peaceful retreat, but also close enough to all the action with just a few mile drive. 3 miles to the Branson strip, 9 miles to Silver Dollar City, 2.3 miles to the beautiful Moonshine Beach, 7 miles to Branson landing, 1.7 miles to the Runaway Mountain Coaster and close to everything you need for your memorable vacation.

Very good location we would stay here again. IMO the bed in the loft is harder than I like, my husband stayed on one of the beds in the bunk. Everything squeaks so there isn’t a stealthy midnight snack or early coffee on the deck without waking folks up. We stayed for 4 nights and would stay again.

This was better than expected! Large rooms each with a bathroom. Comfortable beds! We both have full size trucks and didnt have an issue finding parking the entire stay. The checkout instructions simple. Also was a perfect distance, everything we wanted to enjoy was within a 10 to 20min of the condo. Highly recommended

Great family condi

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our family which included our kids and grandparent. The location is close to the strip as well as Silver Dollar City. Would definitely recommend for families. Very easy checkin and checkout process and great communication from the owner.

Wonderful place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our family! My daughter even told me it was the best part of our whole vacation! Clean and beautifully decorated. We did run into a few issues with the upstairs bathroom, the toilet was away from the wall and wobbly, use it.

8 of us stayed comfortably for 6 days...super nice place withball sorts of things todo on the property!! Really nice place for family to stay. Communication with property manager was fast and really helpful with everything we needed for our stay! Will definitely go back!

The place was perfect for us! I'm 70 with grown kids who came to Branson with me. The main area had good space for us sitting around standing around our just hanging out. Pools within walking distance. Starbucks within the activity center. Communication was great with the owners and myself. They answered very quickly! Loved the screened in porch for coffee in the morning. Can't think of one bad comment.

Wonderful stay!!

We had our kids and grandkids for Mother’s Day weekend and we all had a great time! This condo is beautiful and the owners have done a spectacular job thinking of all the amenities that you could want during your stay. It is centrally located to SDC and the Branson strip area, but far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Branson.

Best Beds!!

This is such a cozy little condo that worked so great for two families. They had everything we needed to have a successful stay. I also have to say of all the places we have stayed these beds were by far the most comfortable beds. So comfy that before we left I stripped the beds to see what they were and I ordered one for our house. :) I will be rebooking here should we return.

Hello! We are the Collins and Schaefer family - we are lifelong friends and have 5 kids between our families. We have been coming to Branson our entire lives and can't wait for you to experience all the fun it offers. We are proud of our space and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We love hosting and enjoy making a great experience for our guests. We are always available by text or phone call if there is anything we can do to make your stay better.

Our patio overlooks the resort pond and the condo has all you will need for a clean, comfortable vacation. With 3 king beds, twin over twin bunks, and 3 full baths we know you will have the space you need to accommodate your group with updated furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The resort offers amenities of Starbucks, resort style pools and hot tub, along with a spa and cafe on site.
