Updated and upgraded! You will love our newly remodeled spacious condo located at the beautiful, gated, Pointe Royale Golf Resort! Pack your clubs and swimsuits and get ready for a relaxing vacation that will leave you feeling refreshed! The Clubhouse is located within WALKING distance from our front door. Indoor/Outdoor POOLS, GOLF, PICKLEBALL, TENNIS, BASKETBALL, PLAYGROUNDS, FISHING, 24/7 FITNESS CENTER and miles of beautiful walking trails on the property. Have breakfast at the Grill or prepare your own in our fully stocked kitchen. We provide all the cooking and baking essentials as well as coffee! Enjoy a drink on the cozy screened in patio.
The living room features 2 large sofas with power recliners to relax in while watching the SMART TV.
Our beds are brand new in 2022! The main area features 2 large bedrooms with brand new KING sized beds and luxury linens. Turn in early to watch TV in bed or enjoy sleeping late in the morning with the black out curtains. A KIDS bunkroom is upstairs with their own smart TV, Nugget couches, beds, and best of all, their own full bath!
The back patio will be everyone's favorite place to unwind after a fun day exploring or golfing!

This Condo was perfect for myself, husband, daughter and 4 grandchildren. It was very clean, had enough seating and the back porch was a great place for morning coffee. Kids loved the pool and the bazillions of attractions we did in Branson!

The place fit our needs and we really enjoyed the access to the pool. Easy parking, easy in & out of the neighborhood. Loved the patio and had room for the family to spread out but all be together. Would be the first place I would look at staying on a return trip to Branson

The condo was great. Check-in was smooth. The pool and courts were walking distance and the hosts provided pool towels. The screened in patio made it easy to enjoy the outdoors in the evenings without the worries of bugs. The location was secure and convenient for the area. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The location is very good. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again if we return to the area. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The kitchen could use a baking sheet and a tea kettle. We also would prefer not to be required to launder towels on the morning of our departure.

Great location and property!

My family had a lovely time in this home. The pool and restaurant were excellent. Everything we wanted to do in Branson was a short drive and management was responsive and very helpful.

Excellent Place for Families

We stayed here with 2 other families. Perfect location for young kids! Plenty of room with spaces perfect for kids to play. A short walk to the pool as well!

Fantastic Property

We came to this property for a baseball tournament at Ballparks of America. This property was very centrally located to all aspects of Branson. The golf village and pool were amazing amenities.

We truly enjoyed this condo. It was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the upstairs loft area that was just for them. We enjoyed using the screen in area of the deck. Made all of our meals in the condo and had plenty of room for everyone to sit. We will definitely come back!

Great family time

We were in Branson for a family reunion and were very pleased with the unit. It was clean, comfortable, and updated and the kids loved the upstairs space. The location to the clubhouse was great as well.

Our family has been vacationing in Branson for over 15 years. We purchased this condo for our whole family to enjoy together- Grandma and Grandpa and all the kids and grandkids. There is room for everyone! Emily has been managing properties for 8 years. When you book your stay with us, you will only talk to Emily as there is no "middle man". We strive to make sure every one of our guests leaves feeling like they just had the the best vacation of their life.

We offer lots of extras such as pool towels, coffee, pantry basics, Smart TVs and TVs in every bedroom, baby gates, fans, shampoo and conditioner, bath soap.

*Bringing your boat? Boat parking reservations can be made at Branson Self Storage which is directly across the street from the entrance of Pointe Royale making it extra convenient. It is gated and you will have 24 hour access. Call 1-417-239-3333 to make a reservation.
