Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been renting this condo for several years now. We like the location and having the great view from the 15th floor. While we did enjoy our stay we were very disappointed in several area! Firstly, the high top table and stools have been removed from the balcony? Why? I inquired but received no response! Secondly, the existing balcony furniture is past its prime and was very dirty and gross looking. And more, I reported that the shower drain cover in the master was/is completely loose, the stopper in one sink is completely missing, the mattress in the master is worn out, the lighting above the vanity in the small bathroom is way too dim, the bed in the small bedroom is worn out, the sliding doors to the closet in the master do not slide!!! For the price we pay for this rental we expect it to be at the very least functional and clean. It seems that simple maintenance and upkeep is no existent. We will have to seriously reevaluate our next visit. I would very like a reply from GBR!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was good with several exceptions. We have stayed in this unit many times now along with our friends. We rotate the bedrooms. This time my wife and I had the small bedroom. The bed, including the frame, needs to be replaced. It is very loose and noisy and the mattress is not comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom is dismal, particularly over the sink. The common area was very comfortable and well appointed. The upgraded appliances in the kitchen were a pleasant experience. We were impressed originally by the balcony with its size and furniture. The couch and chair cushions have become stained and dirty! Give our experience on this stay we will have rethink our next stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in prob 11 different units in this building. This unit is a 5 out of 10. Everything about this place was penny pinching. tv remotes batteries were dead I had to go buy some. beds are completely worn out and need to be replaced caused us major back pain. most of the furniture is very dated and needs replacing. kitchen cookware was sparse and utensils were cheap flimsy dollar store plastic . There was 1 dishwasher soap pod and only two trash bags for a 5 night stay. Ultra cheap LED light bulbs make the whole place look like a depressing hospital. Quality LED bulbs are cheap nowadays there simply is no reason not to use warmer color bulbs. Unit itself was in good shape. Location was great. But given the price and comparisons to other units in the building we probably won’t book this one again in the future.

Amazing Balcony!

We enjoyed every minute of this vacation. The view and the balcony were spectacular. Great location. My only suggesstion is to provide more beach chairs and offer some beach towels. The resort does not provide beach towels and we did not have room for any in our suitcase. If housekeeping could leave a couple extra trash bags that would be great too. I would love to come back and stay here again!

Accommodating condo with super convenient location!

Location is great with proximity to the beach! condo was clean and had just about everything needed in the kitchen for cooking. it’s located on the top floor so warning if scared of heights!

3 Generation ReUnion

This property is very comfortable inside and the balcony is huge with fabulous views of the sunset. The grounds were very nice. Located at the end of Miramar beach, it provides close access to the unpopulated areas near the State Park. Clean beaches to walk for miles. Beds were very comfortable!

Family vacation

We had a great stay at the condo. Everything was as described. My kids enjoyed playing putt putt and pickle ball at the facility, so those extra amenities were nice. The condo was fully stocked with things we needed such as utensils, bowls and scissors. The pools were great, but I wish they had more loungers for people to sit at and the upper pool was a pain to get to because 2 out of the 3 gates to access it were locked and broken. I also would recommend curtains for the bedrooms to block out some of the light. Overall we had a great time and would love to return. Thanks for letting us stay with you! 😊

Spring Vacay

The condo was clean and prepared for our arrival. We occupied the smaller bedroom this time therefore this is where I will concentrate my comments - -The bed has too much movement and make noises! - The towel rod kept falling off - The shower curtain liner was too short and created issues with water getting out onto the floor! - The lighting above the vanity is way too dim. - There is too much stuff kept in the closet and makes for difficult storage. - The bathroom could/should be spruced up quite a bit. - THE KITCHEN - Shortage of glasses, steak knives, most all dinnerware, The ice dispenser on the fridge kept freezing up and causing issues.

Not the best unit, needs updating, better linens, new washer/dryer, dishwasher, furnishings are worn and stained, front door does not close properly, need to double check it is really tightly closed or will randomly spring open. Unit is just tired overall and cheaply maintained. Stayed in unit 911 before which is way nicer.Management company very slow to respond to issues like non functioning pool code and requests to discuss noise. Also failed to call in advance to say they had coordinated a maintenance visit due to possible water leak, led to confusion on why people were trying to enter apartment as we were on balcony and could not hear knocking at door and one person had just stepped out of shower. Very irritating and embarrassing.On arrival, property had not been thouroughly cleaned, sand was on floor througgout unit, food crumbs in main bedroom, dishwasher was blocked with food and water had been left sitting which smelled disgusting.Also, check with building management prior to booking dates to see if any construction is planned. During this stay, there was roof construction going on with grinders and hammering on steel starting at 07:00 each day except sunday. Made for a really disruptive and not relaxing stay.

While we understand that staffing is difficult during this pandemic fiasco I feel I should pass along some issues with this unit. We look forward to staying here again in the spring and these small problems could affect our decision. I appreciate and thank you for your consideration and assistance.Here are my takeaways - - sliding closet doors in MB are basically useless - drain cover in MB shower is completely detached - faucet on kitchen sink desperately needs attention - washer/dryer sounds like a gravel truck in a glass factory - ceiling fan in MB makes loud noise and renders it suspectWhile these issues on their own are a minor inconvenience, add them together and you have a nuisance. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tops'l is a really nice complex with very good amenities and features. Pool area is great! This is a good unit with positives and a few upgrades/fixes needed. Overall we had a very nice stay and things were fine. To be open here are a few things: it needs some TLC from the owners, mostly small things but they should be fixed. Examples are you can't run the fan in the master without the light being on (chain mechanism broken), the dryer is so very loud that you can hardly talk while it runs. It needs replaced. The chairs around the dining room table are so old that there is no cushioning in them, you just side on material and a wood frame. The curtain rods need to be replaced as you can hardly get the curtains opened or closed without being afraid you will pull them down from the wall. Also, as others report the noise on the deck is very loud from the a/c units at the Hilton next door - and the sun shines directly onto the deck in the afternoon and it is super hot.Those are the specifics but they don't make the unit not worth staying in. It's the best deck, size and furnishing I've ever had at a beach condo. The layout and furnishings, beds and couches are comfortable and fine. A/C works good as do kitchen appliances. I would stay there again, especially if the owner fixed the items mentioned above.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this condo after staying in Beachside 2 for 4 nights. We needed to stay an extra night and this became available. It was spectacular! Very clean and up to date, and the view was fantastic! So wished we could have stayed longer and definitely will look for availability in the future. The booking staff were very accommodating in finding this for us and very pleasant to work with. I only have one complaint, and that was that a Fitbit watch I left there was never found. We loved the restaurant, pools, and chair rental was much less expensive and crowded than at the Beachside 2.

Great beach condo

Everything was very nice, clean and comfortable. Except, Kuerig coffee maker is needed. Coffee maker is old style and very difficult to use and to clean. Need filters but none are provided. We didn't use it. Also only 1 dishwasher soap is provided. With cleaning fee, I think one should be provided per day to ensure dishes get cleaned appropriately. Should not have to hand wash dishes. Awesome pools. Pickle ball and putt putt were fun. Beach is vey nice and crowds weren't too bad. Restaurant at the pool had very tasty food for lunch. To make price reasonable we shared.

2021 Robinson Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Destin, this location was perfect! Close enough to the fast paced, crowded part of Destin, but away enough to feel separate. The condo was clean (other than random objects in closets) and perfect amount of room for us, the balcony was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! The property was so clean, and well kept. We loved the two pools - having the opportunity to be separate from younger children and the bar/restaurant was fabulous. Next time we won't pack chairs - MUCH better to rent. We will be back - wonderful stay!
