この「海の日」ユニットは、典型的な1960年代後半のビーチハウスの1階にあります。 夫婦がパビリオンでビーチ・ミュージックに踊ったのはその時でした。人生はゆっくりとゆっくりだった。 Dick TracyのスマートウォッチとMaxwell Smartの靴電話が最先端技術の例だった時！ ビーチでの1日が本当に遊びの時間だった時。 このアパートのインテリアは、1960年代のスタイルと、より潔白な時代を思い起こさせる多彩なファブリックと折衷的なアイテムを反映しています。 それはそれ自身の入り口とオフストリートの駐車場を持っています。 "ロッキングチェア"フロントポーチは、座ってリラックスしながら波の音を提供します。

Apt was very clean and a few steps to beach. Was a quiet area when we stayed. We had trouble with getting only a few stations on TV and couldn’t get access to Netflix as indicated we would be able to. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Small apt but adequate for couples or small families

Everything was functional, but it was a poor excuse for a rental. Floors were concrete, and the walls were painted cinderblock. You notice the awful musty “basement” smell as soon as you walked in the door. I did message the owner and let her know of my dissatisfaction and ask for a refund but she refused. She did offer to come there and correct anything that was wrong, but obviously that could not be corrected. There is also a large dehumidifier that was not mentioned. The next day she messaged me multiple times asking if I was there because she needed to come empty the dehumidifier, which I had already done so. It was fairly clean except for the shower curtain, which was disgusting. The showers are very small. I don’t expect Ritz Carlton, but nice decor can go a long way. None of the rugs in the kitchen and living area matched. There was only one ratty thin rug in the one bathroom at the shower. There is only a window air conditioner in the one bathroom near the entrance. So the entrance and part of the kitchen is hot but the bedrooms were freezing and you definitely needed a blanket. The washer and dryer were very convenient, but all my clothes smelled like musty basement when I got home so I had to end up re-washing them all. I even had to change all my tubing, etc. on my CPAP because it also smelled like the basement. The one plus is that it is very convenient to the beach, just across the street. It’s by far the worst rental I’ve ever had and I’m 51 years old!!

The location next to the beach is nice. Not happy with the apartment overall and the cleanliness. The apartment is in the basement and has a musty smell. The apartment was not cleaned very well prior to arrival. The bathroom and bedroom had leftover personal hygiene trash under the sink and in the corners of the room, both shower curtains were dirty and mildewed. Didn’t use kitchen at all, mouse droppings in the cabinet where condiments and toaster are. Second morning we found a huge dead roach in the bedroom floor next to bed. We paid a 135 cleaning fee, obviously it’s not used for cleaning efforts. For the price we paid for the rental and fees, not happy overall and would not recommend.

The location of this VRBO is steps from the beach. It was very clean. Very convenient. It was great having a parking spot. Definitely would stay again

Perfect location!!!

This rental was perfect for my family girls trip !! The location is perfect!! Not even a 5 minute walk !! We were also close enough to the shops to walk. Loved it ! Will stay again !

Great beach stay

This property was just as described in the listing. Very cute place, very clean and comfortable. Just across the street from the beach with convenient beach access. It's an easy walk to town and all the shops and restaurants. My friend and I had a great time. We were there the last week of February 2025 and the weather was beautiful.....warm breezy days and cool nights. I can't say enough about the good experience we had with this property and host . We definitely plan to book this property again next year.

Love the vibe of the area

The location was perfect! A minute walk from an uncrowded beach could not be beat. The host was kind enough to lend us beach towels for our stay and there were beach chairs available. Since the property is slightly below ground, there was a slight musty smell. Overall it was clean and tidy. The furniture could be improved with a bigger, more comfortable couch. Didn't seem like enough room to hang out and watch tv for the 4 of us. The mattresses were also not comfortable but I'm partial to a firmer bed.

Perfect Location

Perfect location for a charleston trip. 1 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the main strip of great restaurants and bars. Woke up every morning to have coffee and watch the sunrise on the beach.

Not too bad

Great location. Not the most comfortable unit as it is all concrete and masonry. The kitchen layout is poor. The couch will give you a concussion if you don't lean back carefully. The location is great and the owners were easy to contact.

Easy walk to downtown area, across street from beach and they had really nice beach chairs for you to use which was wonderful.

Folly Beach

I wasn’t able to make the trip for health reasons, but my husband, son, and daughter in law went. They said it was perfect, a great location, and so relaxing. They enjoyed it so much that they were content staying at Folly Beach and never went and toured Charleston. We would rent again.

No fuss, no frills - Excellent location.

It is just what we were looking for. Everything you need - nothing that you don’t. You can’t beat the location. We were so happy when we realized it was literally a 45 second walk to get to our chairs on the beach. Loved this vacation.

Popular restaurants include The Crab Shack, Snapper Jacks, Pier 101,and Rita's, each with its own menu favorites. Also, The Lost Dog Cafe offers a unique atmosphere along with an awesome menu of breakfast items - it's very popular with locals as well as visitors so come early!
