Great stay! Had troubles with WiFi occasionally and did wish that they had more food condiments/bathroom supplies but otherwise it was great! Great location away from busy downtown but quick 4 minute drive!

Seascapes at Cabana Blue

Cozy, quintessential beach cottage and beach town.Even though weather was very rainy, we enjoyed the panoramic ocean view from the front deck area of the cottage. Beach walks were delightful.

Perfect Escape!

Amazing views! Wake up right on the beach and enjoy coffee listening to the waves! One of our favorite vacation places ever. We grilled on the deck, walked on the beach, shopped in downtown Folly Beach, spent a day in Charleston. Only issue, twin beds not so comfy, those could be updated. Other than that, we can't wait to go back!!

Outstanding Property

Incredible view. Well appointed. Exceptionally clean. Great proximity to shops and restaurants and a comfortable drive into the historic district. Ubers were easily found (only minutes away). We'll definitely be returning to this property for a longer visit!

Seascape at Folly Beach

My sisters and I stayed in the Seascape for our annual "sisters" getaway and it was fabulous! the place was exactly what we were looking for.. with the direct beach access and the rocking chairs on the beach deck were the icing on the cake! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get away to the beach for an escape.

Steps from beach

Lovely tri-plex right on the water. Very comfortable bed in master. Love the view of ocean and accessibility. We loved it. Nice grill. The company does advise there are limited supplies; there was not even salt/pepper or coffee filters. Not terrible, but good to know - we had to make another trip to grocery.

Great property except for the internet. If you watch TV it constantly buffers. It did this the entire 7 days. It would also be much easier if you used cypher locks vs keys.

Items you need to bring…

Property is lovely with amazing view. I recommend bringing the following: kitchen towels, beach towels, beach chairs, blankets (no blankets on bed only a thin coverlet, no blankets at all in unit) and most importantly decent toilet paper!! Be prepared for traffic to get into Folly Beach (2 lane road)..we were there on Easter Weekend but not sure if it is as busy at other times. The bottom is one unit, the 2 window doors is one unit (the one we stayed in) and the couples unit is on the right side. 1 mile walk to pier on flat beach is very easy. We loved the place. :)

Description not telling full truth

You are not renting the house, you are renting 1/3 of the house. This house is made into 3 separate rentals listed separately. Description did not mention this. We have twi boys so wanted to rent a house so we didnt have to worry about noise and us coming and going. Was a nice clean place and it is right on the beach. Would stay here again, just would of been nice to know up front sharing house with others.

The location was amazing. Being able to walk from the patio to the beach was the best part of our trip. It was a little far from the center of town where all the restaurants are but that made it nice and quiet. The people staying in the other units on the property were friendly.

Perfect Location

Seascape-Cabana Blue is PERFECTLY located on Folly Beach! We loved walking out the door and down the beach access walkway right to the beach! We also loved the fact that we were far enough away from the main public beach access down near the pier-which was jam packed! We enjoyed the family atmosphere. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our short beach vacation.

Exactly What We Wanted!

Perfect! Being right on the beach was exactly what we were looking for! The house is great for 2-4 people, which was perfect for myself, 2 sisters and my mom. Being so close to all the action in town was great, too! This was our first visit to Folly and we loved it!

Spectacular time!

We stayed for the weekend and I ran the Cooper River Bridge Run. Easy proximity to downtown Charleston, great location right on the water, plenty of inside and outside space. We would definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal location, exactly as described!

Loved our stay here. Spacious property exactly as pictured—lots of open space in the kitchen/dining area. Deck and chairs are great for morning coffee. Is just a mile down from Pier which is a GREAT thing—perfect morning beach walks, not crowded this time of year. Weather was dicey so we never walked into town, but could have. Beds were amazing, fresh linens, bath toiletries, and plenty of towels—we needed to bring nothing. Kitchen was well appointed, we cooked daily breakfast, and fridge was immaculate. Easy checkin and simple checkout. Would love to stay here again!
