This space is a brand new basement guest suite located in a rear unit of a duplex. Enjoy your own private access to come and go as you please. As you enter the living space, you’ll be greeted by a cozy and welcoming aesthetic to make you feel right at home. The living room is equipped with a pull out couch, smart TV, and comfortable furnishings. The modern and functional kitchenette comes equipped with an induction stove top, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, toaster oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy your smart TV and comfortable king size bed as you relax after a day of adventure. The bathroom is furnished with plenty of storage, a blow dryer, and steamer. The guest suite also has a full size in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Red Rock

Property was a good location for city and Red Rock area. Found the access to various activities good and property was as described. Parking can be an issue but always found a spot close without a issue. Would consider again if back to Red Rock for another concert or Short trip to RMNP.

Not a great walking location but a good area to get to many places. Street parking easy. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location for 2 people. Phone service was an issue, so need to be connected to wifi. Host was excellent and easy to communicate with.

A city get away

We came to see a concert and expected basically hotel type service, little did we know it was more than that. In all seriousness, this place was great, having a weighted blanket, and wide counter space and huge closet and bathroom. We never used the living room, but it was lovely. The bed is the best bed I’ve ever laid on, and it was always cold during this 90 degree weather. We considered moving into it, like if it was possible. It was perfect and very homey.

Nice apartment and great location

I went to Denver for a quick weekend and this place was perfect. Close to downtown and walking distance to light rail. Just right for 1 or 2 people.

Enjoy the many bars and restaurants that the area has to offer such as Odell Brewing Company, Edgewater Public Market, and Tennyson Street. Steps away from the Perry Street train station, it's a 12 minute ride to downtown. Quick access to 6th avenue which will take you to I-25, I-70, and the mountains.
