Guest showed up early and wanted entry even though guest was prevously told check-in time was at 3:00 and door passcode would automatically activate at 3:00. .Upon early arrival, guest sent message through app saying she arrived. Guest also sent several emails and demanded phone calls with exclamation points. When reservations was resent with the address as requested and other responses were sent to guest, guest still requested the address days prior to arrival.. Guest later found all emails sent via app as apparently she had not read all the emails that were sent. This was not a pleasant experience for me as a host as this guest was not very pleasant in her responses. I would not host again.

Guests did not follow house rules. They left HVAC on high, exterior flood lights on and house was left very dirty. A claim was filed due to destroyed sheets (bodily fluid on flat, fitted and mattress protector). Guest complained about wi-fi the day before they checked out but stated they had issues the whole time and said nothing to me about it (I have proof of conversation). There was an outage in the area impacting the wi-fi for only a few hours. Applicances were provided (stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, air fryer, outdoor grill) Bottled water, multiple spices (10), cooking oil, cookware ( multiple frying pans, boiller with lids), 7 bowls with lids of varying sizes, pans, cutting boards, numerous cooking utensils for indoor and barbecuing outdoor, wine opener, measuring spoons and cups, place setting for 9 to includes ceramic plates, ceramic dishes, bowls, mugs, wine glasses, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc., were provided. The house is on an acre and is not close to anyone. Guests were provided additional sheets; however, the guests did not change any sheets after a 7 night stay and therefore. was completely dirty will have to be replaced sooner than expected. Used bottles of water and food found in bedrooms. I would not host again due to these reasons.
