Jim, our host was very communicative. The rental was very nice, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and everything worked. We would highly recommend this property and stay again when we are in Lexington.

Host was very responsive. Sent us clear check in/check out instructions. House was clean, beds were very comfortable, lots of pillows to choose from. Nice neighborhood & close to many restaurants & shopping. Would stay again if we are ever in Lexington again.

We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean. Mr. Ford had everything you would need at his property. He was kind and very efficient when I called to ask about something. The property was close for any shopping you might need. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this house for anyone to stay.

We had the most amazing stay at this property. The price point was reasonable and the pictures do not show how comfortable this home is. Mr. Ford was very responsive, accommodating and had a great sense of humor. I will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips!

A Bathroom for Everyone

We enjoyed our stay especially the ability to have three bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. The house worked well for three friends and was comfortable. Access to garage parking was great, and the back deck looked out on a greenspace with lots of privacy. Don’t expect HGTV-like appointments. But, do expect a great value, quiet neighborhood, and a super-responsive host!

Graduation

We stayed here for graduation weekend. We had 3 couples. With there being 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect for us. We were able to hang out, relax, and visit. The property was clean and everything was nearby. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Girls' trip to KY Derby. This property is outstanding. Location, location, location. Condo was one of the cleanest I've seen. Very well appointed and close to all things Lexington. Owner Jim was more than accommodating and accessible. Highly recommend.

Semi annual horse racing trip

We have stayed with this owner twice and every time the house is really clean and well equipped and Jim is the best host I’ve ever stayed with his communication is easy and prompt so if you are looking for a house in a nice quiet area with zero drama you can’t go wrong!

My daughter got married at my house and transformed it into an event space no one recognized! I moved to this property down the street to be close but not too close! It was the perfect remedy for getting away after a day of hard work!

March Madness Basketball Vacation

Our adult family was in Lexington to watch the first 2 rounds of March Madness basketball. We had 4 adults and the house was perfect for us. We loved that it had 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The house is in a nice neighborhood and was about 19 minutes from Rupp Arena. There were restaurants, convenience stores and a grocery store quite close to the house. Overall, we had a great stay and communication with the owner was great! Highly recommend!

Road To The Horse 2025

We travelled to Lexington to attend Road To The Horse 2025 at the Kentucky Horse Park. The drive to and from the park was simple. The area of the rental was lovely for an evening walk and close to all amenities. The house was well maintained, clean and equipped, beds were comfy, towels were lovely and space welcoming. Thank you to our host for being in touch with us and available if needed.

Beautifully decorated home in a great quiet neighborhood minutes from restaurants and shopping center. Couldn’t ask for more and looking forward to staying here again in the fall!

This was a good location for us, close to familyClean and well maintained property. Lots of dishes. (Bring your own shampoo) they have a blow dryer. Fenced yard., we still went out with your girl when she went outside Felt safe.

Grom's Birthday Week trip

Can not say enough good things. Prperty is in a great area. We stayed 3 nights and we covered everything we could fit in. Great restaurants, the ARK, winery, distillery, casino, Horse Park... and much more. The management group/ owner was first class along with his support crew.
