Beautiful GROUND FLOOR, Oceanfront Villa,
3 bedrooms (2 King Suites) 4 full baths.

This Villa is located 25 yards from the swimming pools and 75 yards to the beach (3rd villa up from the beach)
2 Master King Bedroom Suites and a 3rd bedroom with 2 Queen beds. The Villa has potentially 6 beds, ( 2 sofa beds if needed).

Very comfortable back porch with an ocean view and built-in stainless steel outdoor grill.
New high speed WIFI, updated AC’s, Cable TV,
Washer/Dryer and the villa is fully furnished with Appliances, Dishes, Linen, and Full Amenities. Just bring your swimming suit and sandals!

Great Restaurants are on site and room service is available.
There is a Grocery Store on the property, so if you want to just hang out and cook yourself your go to go.
5-star accommodations with the easiest access to the beach and pools anywhere in Cabo!!

Villa La Estancia is one of the only privately owned resort communities on the swimmable Medano beach in Cabo San Lucus. The resort guests are offered all the amenities of a 5-star resort, including 24-hour front desk service and, security, room service, concierge service, and an activity service center to help you set up all your parasailing, dolphin swimming, fishing excursions, dune buggy sightseeing or any of the other activities Cabo has to offer.

The site of the complex offers a convenience market/pharmacy, deli, ice cream shop, video rental, and a few retail shops to purchase your vacation keepsakes.
Car rental is available or Taxis are readily available waiting to shuttle you around town.

Would book again in a heartbeat!!

Wow!! What a great unit and a great property. The owner was super-responsive and attentive. The unit was amazing - tons of room and well furnished. Having the pool steps away from the patio was so convenient. View of Lands End from the patio. And Estancia is a great property. It was nice enough to stay there & not leave, but when we did leave the location was great - we quickly learned we could easily walk to most restaurants. I would book this unit and property in a heartbeat!!

Great accommodations

Thank you to Richard for accommodating us with a late check out. With a family medical emergency and a doctor on call at the resort, we were well taken care of. Kids really enjoyed the ground floor for pool and beach access…nice not to have elevators to deal with! Gracias to all.

really great place, good food. couple things to be aware of, kids can't throw anything so its a little boring at the pools for teens and drinks are not included in the $89/day all inclusive price, which is strange as other people there were allowed to pay a little more and get drinks included.

This was a perfect vacation with the location and amenities being more than we expected.

This was a perfect condo for our family with teens and adults. The location is spot on with direct access to the beach and pool! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the service of all the staff has been awesome!! Easy access to Walmart/Costco downtown and marina for escursions! We loved our entire stay!!
