The Town Home was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. It was very convenient in location to the beach, grocery store, casinos and restaurants. We loved the roof top table and the beautiful views of the ocean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental to stay at instead of a Hotel.

Awesome Eagle Beach townhouse

Absolutely loved everything about this townhouse... with easy access to resort pool surrounded by palm trees and short walk to the ocean. Townhouse was tastefully decorated and extremely well-stocked with high end appliances, gas grill, washer-dryer and generally everything one needed to prepare any meal. Had its own patio with plunge pool. Would definitely return.

December getWay

We had a fantastic week at the property. Everything was clean and spacious, and the location was amazing. Gorgeous beach and everything you need (grocery, excellent restaurants, etc.) very close by. Prestige (property manager) was extremely responsive to any questions/requests. The only small issue was a broken door handle to the patio, which made opening and closing a bit of challenge. We would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, and there are chairs and coolers provided for taking to the beach. The beach towels are large and convenient, with towel exchange available every day in the lobby. The location is fantastic, just 1/2 block walk to Eagle Beach and 3 blocks to the Superstore grocery mart. You can even walk to Palm Beach on the boardwalk (40 min). There were many restaurants nearby as well, and an awesome cheese store just a block away. We appreciated the large space in the townhome, the clean furnishings, the comfortable beds and plenty of bathing towels. The laundry functioned perfectly as did the stove, oven and BBQ. The lovely, sturdy and comfortable furniture on the pool deck and rooftop patio were enjoyed as well!! We loved the private pool in the yard as well as the resort pool/hot tub-all were clean and enjoyable to spend time in. The industrial sided ice machine near the big pool was fantastic for filling our cooler to head to the beach. The staff at LeVent were wonderful, explaining everything at check in as well as coming to the unit to describe specifics of how to operate the kitchen appliances, how to get the chairs from the storage, get us set up on wifi and answered all our questions. Nadine and Barry were excellent hosts - quickly responding to all our questions and recommending some local restaurants to try. We will be coming back again for sure! Thank you!!

Thank you so much for this wonderful and detailed review. It truly means the world to us. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the townhouse, and that all the amenities, from the well‑stocked kitchen to the beach chairs, coolers, and daily towel exchange helped make your stay easy and enjoyable. It’s great to know the location worked perfectly for you as well, with Eagle Beach, the Superstore, and so many great restaurants just steps away. We’re especially happy that you made full use of the private pool, resort facilities, rooftop patio, and outdoor furniture. Hearing that everything from the laundry to the BBQ functioned smoothly is exactly what we hope for every guest. Your kind words about the LeVent staff, and about our hosting, truly warm our hearts. It was our pleasure to assist you, answer your questions, and share some local favorites. We’re thrilled that you plan to return, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another relaxing and memorable stay. Thank you again for choosing our home and for taking the time to share your experience.
