First Friday in nearby Gadsden with bands, food trucks, car shows and shopping. Noccalula Falls Park, Cherokee Rock Village Park all nearby and even a water park, Pirates Bay Water park for the kiddos located in Leesburg. See all photos. A perfect family weekend

This cabin was so sweet and cozy! Everything was clean and labeled. Incredibly peaceful and so much fun for our kids (5 of them, ages 2-12) there were so many thoughtful things that made us feel comfortable and welcome! From Mrs June helping me navigate VRBO’s interface, to family games, and the ingredients for s’mores. We even took the tandem kayak out for a sunset cruise! It was just what our family needed to connect and relax for the weekend.

Fishing tournament

Came up for a 2 day tournament on Weiss lake. The place has everything you need to be comfortable. The loft upstairs is a little tight for a grown man(think it is meant for kids) but I did fit. There is a fold out couch if needed too. Easy to park a boat and I never worried about my stuff being outside. Only about a 6 min drive to Leesburg landing to launch the boat so it's very convenient for tournament fishing out of that boat ramp. I would definitely stay here again.
