Our luxury villas are ideally situated in the heart of the historical downtown, allowing you to easily take in the incredible sights of the city's many parades. Admire lush gardens as you stroll through the streets and revel in the comfort of your villa, a perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Stay with us and immerse yourself in the old-world charm of traditional Eureka Springs.

Enjoy two private bedrooms in the heart of downtown featuring a king bed in the master, and a queen bed in the guest room. We offer a kitchenette and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are no steps for the downstairs villa.

We send the door code the day before check-in

We are available by message to assist you during your stay.

We are located on Pine Street - a great location for walking downtown and watching the parades

The host was great and the place clean and neat. The location is perfect, and the size of the place is just right for us. The only issue is the TV doesn't always hook to the wi-fi quickly and the controls make you wait between selections. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay for us.

Place was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a pleasant surprise. Can't beat the location which put us in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The Downtown Villa 2 at Sweet Springs was perfect. It was my favorite of all the places I have stayed in Eureka Springs. The place was clean, bed was very comfortable, and the location was superb. Coffee and beer just across the street. Walking distance to great food, shopping & fun. Aspen was super responsive & a great host. We will be back.

This was a great location for exploring Eureka Springs. We liked having the parking right there with no steps to navigate. We especially liked having a coffee shop right next door.

This property works perfect for us. You can park right by the front door; the property is located across the street from an excellent lunch place and Brews (coffee and beer). The Melonlight theater is also across the street and the location is right in town. The place is comfortable and pleasant looking. Everything works.
