This suite in prime downtown location is the perfect combination of luxurious design and historic charm. Enjoy opulence that only a 1800s building remodeled to the highest standards can offer. Unwind in one of the two jetted hot tubs and take in all that downtown Eureka Springs has to offer right outside your door. From lavish furnishings to modern amenities and an amazing locale, make this suite your home away from home. Let us help you create an unforgettable vacation - book your stay today!

Enjoy a beautiful, newly remodeled condo - perfectly located on Spring Street! We offer a free designated off street parking and we’re walking distance to all of the action downtown!

You’ll have the entire Suite to yourself! We’ll provide check-in instructions with the property address and door code on the day before check-in. There are two hot tubs and fire pits on the property for your enjoyment.

We are here to answer any questions you may have! We’ll also give recommendations on our favorite places to visit while enjoying our beautiful town.

We are located in a safe neighborhood in the Historical District in Downtown Eureka Springs.

We are walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a local taxi service, as well as Uber on the weekends. We also have a trolly that you can ride for a fee, to get a tour of the town.

For larger groups, inquire about booking multiple suites or the entire property. If it is available then we are happy to accommodate.
Please ensure the stove fan is on while cooking.

The host was helpful, informative and very accommodating. The stay is in a prime location with easy access to everything a visitor would want to experience. The restoration to this historic property was lovely, with a clean, modern interior. It is now my favorite spot to stay when visiting ES.

Wonderful stay, wonderful location. We walked everywhere- be prepared for hills (in all of Eurika Springs). The building was beautiful and so clean and taken care of. The outdoor area was a great place to hangout. I’ll be back!!

What a wonderful property we stayed at on Spring Street! It had everything we needed for our quick get away! The suite was spotless and had all the extra touches available to us. We had 2 robes, toiletries, hot tub towels, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels in the suite along with dishwashing detergent pods to use. Water, yogurt snacks and oatmeal along with coffee pods were also available. The hot tub was nice and outside sitting area with fire pits was pleasant for a cooler evening (2 different areas available). Communication by property manager was spot on! We loved the original door and doorbell into the building!! Each suite had their own parking spot. We will definitely stay here, again!

The suite was comfortable, and we absolutely loved the location for walking everywhere. The only thing that could be addressed would be the bed, it was sagging a lot in the middle and was kind of uncomfortable, but we loved everything else.. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect location! Close enough to walk to everything, but far enough to be relaxing. Pictures are accurate, and the space was super clean, modern, and welcoming! We arrived a little early, and communication with the owner was a breeze. We also had the fun surprise of a Christmas parade happening right below our windows! Loved everything about our stay. Highly recommend!

Good off-street parking and all amenities were as advertised. The facility was clean and fresh. It was the coldest day of the year so far but I'm guessing host had nothing to do with that :-)Very pleasant stay!

The cabin was very pretty. However, the quilt on the bed needed to be cleaned and smelled of your previous guests. The couch smelled like an animal.

Relaxing

We stayed for two nights over the weekend and had an amazing time! The hot tub was clean and easy to use, I loved to view from the top floor window in Suite E and the location was fantastic. Will definitely book again for our next weekend getaway!

Beautiful Place

Its in such a great location to all the down town stuff, can even just walk to everything if you would like. The place was top notch clean, the design is just perfect to the T! We have stayed in so many different places, and you can tell whoever cleans/owns this property takes graat care of it!

There was so much to love about this stay that I’m pretty sure I’m about to run out of characters before I run out of compliments. Seriously, if this review cut off mid-sentence, just assume I was still saying nice things.Aspen was fantastic, super responsive, easy to communicate with, and just genuinely pleasant (which already puts this place ahead of about 90% of my travel experiences). The directions and check-in process were so smooth I kept waiting for something to go wrong… but nope, it never did. Even parking was a breeze.The apartment itself? Absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean, beautifully set up, and stocked in a way that made it feel like someone actually thought about what guests might need instead of just tossing in the bare minimum.Now let’s talk amenities. The hot tub was a total highlight! Perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s also a fire pit with a cozy patio setup that we didn’t get to use, which honestly just means we have a built-in excuse to come back.Location-wise, you can walk to downtown, which means no circling the block looking for parking or debating parallel parking skills under pressure. Huge win.And finally, a detail I didn’t know I needed in life: a big TV that swivels so you can watch from bed. Game changer. I may now judge all future accommodations by this feature alone.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property. If you’re on the fence—book it.
