All was great/ we enjoyed the stay tremendously, just beautiful and right there is the stunning ocean. Restaurants, shopping , all were closeby, as well as grocery stores, so we could stay in and enjoy the beautiful ocean views from EVERY room. Stunning!!

The view from the unit is exceptional. We appreciated the amenities especially the well equipped kitchen. The master king bed was very comfortable and the configuration of the other bedrooms easily accommodated our families. We loved the beach access for an early morning walk and the ability to claim your spot on the beach in the morning & come & go all day. The kids enjoyed the pool when they wanted to swim versus play on the beach.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and it was clear a lot of care goes into maintaining it. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a very short walk to the beach. We especially appreciated the little details, like the well-stocked kitchen and cozy living areas that made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host, Jim, Nate and Andrea was easy throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Host was so nice & thoughtful. Oceania#1 was absolutely amazing. We loved it. Will definitely be coming back for many years. 16 of us stayed for 5 nights. It was worth every penny. The layout of the condo was well planned for big families, the decor was beautiful & tasteful, the appliances were new, the scenery was breathtaking. We didn’t want to leave.

This is an incredible condo. Perfect for the 32nd year of our girls trip. It had everything we needed including panoramic views and gorgeous decor. It was incredibly clean and the owner and team were extremely accommodating and responsive. A definite return destination.

Condo #1 is more breathtaking than the pictures. Five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First class! We all agreed it was more than we could have dreamed of for our three generations…(all sixteen of us to get together … ages 1 yr old to 70yrs old) To list a few highlights of the Oceania…The view of the Gulf of America! 🇺🇸…white sand beach, huge patio, beautiful living area, gourmet kitchen, all the space, the one story layout, incredible bedrooms…we have traveled the world and we would hands bring our family here over any other place!

Best Gulf Shores Stay!!

The property is a condo made up of penthouses. The views are out of this world and the condo itself is home away from home. It has room for the entire family to have privacy but also all spend time together! The condo is equipped with all the beach chairs and toys you will need! The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, trays, or utensils you may need. We absolutely loved this place so much! We plan to come back for Thanksgiving and maybe a few days around Christmas! I am nosy and I looked up all the other levels I could find for the condo and this condo is by far the most up to date. The owners really put thought into their place!

So Fab!

Fantastic stay, great communication, and amenities (like tupperware... not common at other locations.) building was also clean, safe. Well maintained pool as well. And the view... amazing. Not every day you can see dolphins from the kitchen. Will stay again!
