This was the most enjoyable spot for a quick family getaway! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was extremely well-stocked and thought out, and the building/beach felt so uncrowded due to there only being a handful of units. We will definitely be back at some point!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront penthouse during our family vacation! Our host was very welcoming and the amenities were great. The grand kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Every bedroom had a balcony with views and the beds were wonderful.

The view from the unit is exceptional. We appreciated the amenities especially the well equipped kitchen. The master king bed was very comfortable and the configuration of the other bedrooms easily accommodated our families. We loved the beach access for an early morning walk and the ability to claim your spot on the beach in the morning & come & go all day. The kids enjoyed the pool when they wanted to swim versus play on the beach.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and it was clear a lot of care goes into maintaining it. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a very short walk to the beach. We especially appreciated the little details, like the well-stocked kitchen and cozy living areas that made it feel like a home away from home. This is an incredible condo. Perfect for the 32nd year of our girls trip. It had everything we needed including panoramic views and gorgeous decor. It was incredibly clean and the owner and team were extremely accommodating and responsive. A definite return destination.

Host was so nice & thoughtful. Oceania#1 was absolutely amazing. We loved it. Will definitely be coming back for many years. 16 of us stayed for 5 nights. It was worth every penny. The layout of the condo was well planned for big families, the decor was beautiful & tasteful, the appliances were new, the scenery was breathtaking. We didn’t want to leave.

New Year Getaway

The property was beautiful and very clean. We even received a small gift from the hosts. The amenities were spot-on. We would definitely stay here again.

We always enjoy staying at this condo. It has everything you would want for a beach vacation. The management team is responsive to your questions and quick to provide any services necessary. The owner cares for his guest and does what it takes to keep you coming back.

Family vacation

If you are looking for a place with wide open spaces in a condo, this is the one. Lovely decor and well placed and comfortable seating and sleeping. Loved our family vacation at Oceania 1!!

Family Vacation

Our stay was amazing here!!! The only regret is…. Our stay was too SHORT!!! Loved being so close to the water!! The indoor pool was nice when we had rain one afternoon!
