The location of this home is perfect for skiing, dining, and exploring. We also appreciated how you could walk out on the deck and there was some grass the kids could play one.

Great stay in Park City

We had a great stay with our two families. Make sure you get the connect app to get to the mountain everyday as they will pick you up right at your front door.

We don’t normally write reviews, especially when they aren’t raving! We travel a lot and have stayed in many rentals. This is not one we would ever stay in again. First the pictures of this house give a false sense of space and cleanliness. The house is small and some spaces tight. It wasn’t clean. Spills on the walls, mold on grout in showers, carpet stretched out with stains. One comforter was dirty with what appeared to be blood stains. Floor mats in bathroom were matted as though they hadn’t been washed in a long time. The carpet in family room also appeared to be in desperate need of cleaning as it was very matted as well. Wouldn’t normally look under a couch but when traveling with little kids, toys go missing so you look everywhere. Quite disgusting under the couch. The wall air fan units were not working. Some windows couldn’t be opened. The benches for the kitchen table had multiple loose legs. In General the house is in desperate need of someTLC. They neglected to leave open the laundry unit for us. The pool pass was expired although they let us in anyway. We did mention these things to the management company who tried to make things right but with babies in the house the last you want are chemical fumes fromTrying to clean while you are there. The one thing good about this place is the location was convenient for walking distance to canyons lifts and the beds were comfortable. Very disappointing when you are on vacation and want to feel comfortable.

Dave, We are sorry for the experience you had upon arrival. It was absolutely not acceptable, and we are using this as a training lesson for our team. I know we attempted to resolve your issues as soon as they were brought to our attention, but we unable to be allowed entrance to the property to do so. We will continue you try and improve our service and hope that you will give us another chance next time you are in Park City.

Our stay at Canyons Secret was beyond amazing! This 5-bedroom mountain retreat is an absolute gem in Canyons Village. The luxurious renovation struck the perfect balance between mountain elegance and modern comfort. While not ski-in/ski-out, the short stroll to the Cabriolet lift and the free shuttle made hitting the slopes a breeze. The bus stop just 50 yards away simplified exploring Park City. The main floor was the heart of entertainment, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area with stunning mountain views. Each bedroom's unique theme added a personal touch. Parking for two cars was available, but with the proximity to Canyons Village, we found a car to be optional. Exploring the nearby pool complex and Red Pine Clubhouse added to our relaxation. It's worth noting the property's commitment to sustainability, with restrictions on alcohol and glass at the pool complex. High-speed Wi-Fi, concierge services through Key Concierge, and easy navigation with the Free Park City bus system were fantastic bonuses. Highly recommended for an unforgettable escape!

(Seasonal Opening and Restriction Apply)-High-Speed Wifi (510 MBPS)-Short Walk it's just a 200-yard stroll to the base of the Cabriolet lift. Alternatively, summon the free community shuttle for your convenience.-Parking for Two Vehicles Outside One Spot Covered and One Uncovered-In the summer enjoy close proximity to Hiking and Golfing at the Canyons Resort-Getting around Park City is super convenient using the Free Park City bus system which has stops all over town. Simply put your location and where you'd like to go into G Maps and select Transit as your mode of transport to be provided with bus colors and times of scheduled bus arrivals.
