You’ll enjoy full, private access to the unit, balcony, and garage. Please note that the yard, driveway, and hallways are shared with two other units.
🔇 Balcony Use Policy: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests and neighbors, patio use is allowed only until 10:00 p.m. A noise monitor (no audio recorded) is installed to help maintain quiet hours. Please be aware that violations may result in a $500 fine. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making everyone’s stay pleasant!

While the building is relatively new, soundproofing between units isn’t perfect, so you may occasionally hear noise from guests above. * For added consideration, a noise monitor has been installed on the porch—it's mounted on the window frame to the right. This device does not record audio; it simply monitors volume levels to help ensure a respectful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation!
