Welcome to your spacious Milwaukee retreat! This beautifully updated 2-level, 2,200 sq ft unit offers plenty of room to relax and gather, featuring two generous living areas and a full dining room perfect for meals or game nights.
This unit offers 3 comfortable bedrooms—one with a king bed and two with queen beds. The lower-level bedroom includes bunk beds and a sofa bed, perfect for accommodating up to 5 additional guests. Located on the main level, you`ll have stair-free access to the primary living areas, with stairs only needed to reach the lower-level bedroom. Enjoy the convenience of a 2-car garage, plus an extra parking space out front, with plenty of street parking available as well.
Nestled in Historic Brewer’s Hill, this tree-lined neighborhood is filled with charming early 20th-century homes and a rich brewing history. It’s peaceful and residential, yet just a short walk to local restaurants, the Riverwalk, and downtown attractions. Whether you`re here for Summerfest, Bastille Days, a Bucks game, or simply exploring the city, you`ll love this ideal location.
Step outside to enjoy a relaxing patio with tranquil views of the neighborhood. Getting around is easy with walkable paths, nearby Bublr bike stations, The Hop streetcar just 8 blocks away, and convenient access to Uber and Lyft.
You’ll have private access to the unit, patio, and 2-car garage, with space for one more vehicle in front—plus plenty of street parking (free for 3 nights with city permission). Yard, driveway, and hallways are shared with two other units.
To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide coffee, creamer, sugar, and a kitchen stocked with basic cookware and serving essentials.

- For rentals exceeding 30 days, a signed residential lease is required.
* The property uses monitoring devices to track noise levels, smoke detection, and occupancy risk. If levels exceed established limits, guests will receive automated notifications via text message, phone call, and/or alarm. These devices do not record audio or conversations, ensuring guest privacy at all times.
- To maintain a clean environment, we request that no shoes or smoking be allowed inside the house.
- For your safety and security, tampering with any devices, internet connections, or exterior cameras is prohibited.
* Need more space? Additional accommodations may be available for larger groups—please confirm with the host before booking.
- Please turn off all lights, fans, and other devices when not in use and before leaving the property.
- If you notice any property damage or require special cleanup, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
* Balcony Use Policy:
- To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, balcony use is allowed until 10:00 p.m. Please note, a $500 fine will be imposed for balcony use after this time. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.
* No Smoking:
- Please note that a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the property. This fee will be enforced if we receive any complaints from neighbors or if our cleaning team identifies signs of smoking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the property smoke-free. Thank you!
* Communication & Quiet Hours:
- Please be aware that host communication may not be available between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
- Yard hours: 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We ask that all guests respect these hours to ensure a restful experience for everyone.
* Building Information:
- This unit is located within a multi-unit building with close neighbors. While newly constructed, soundproofing may not be perfect, and you might hear some noise from above. If your group cannot adhere to these quiet hours, we kindly ask that you choose another unit.
* Pet Policy:
- Your dog must be supervised at all times and may not be left alone in the home unless they are in a kennel/crate.
- Please keep your dog off all furniture (sofas, beds, etc.).
- If you use the yard, kindly clean up after your dog.
- Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours.
- Any damage caused by the pet must be reported right away.
