Beautiful home in the Peninsula Resort!

We had a great stay in this house in the Peninsula Resort. The house is beautiful, very spacious, warm and welcoming. This is a great community with great amenities. We enjoyed the wave pool, the beach, the nature trail and the new Clubhouse w/ pool and long board. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Wonderful vacation home and location

We loved the property and amenities. The pricing was wrong to use the amenities the property had to offer. It was written to us that the daily cost was 15.00 during the week but it was 30.00 which we were surprised. We did enjoy the wave pool but expensive for a day to use the pool.

Amazing home and complex

The obstacle course in the pool was the best! We enjoyed watching our children navigate the course. To be honest watching people fall off the course into the pool can be very comical. I know my family enjoyed when I fell off. But… when Dad falls off and the children laugh, it was worth every second! Only thing we did not like… it’s about 30 min drive to the beach each way. Wish it was a bit closer. But our family had a wonderful time. Thank you for having us!

The home was spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished, with plenty of room for six adults.

It was very easy and pleasant to deal with the owner. The property, facilities (pools, clubhouse, fitness center) and neighborhood are upscale.

Great place

We really enjoyed our vacation! The house was beautiful. Plenty of space and great location. It is off the beaten path but there are still shops and food near by. We loved the wave pool and man made beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Pleasantly Surprised

As we entered this home, we were pleasantly surprised by the shear size of this home. Pictures make it feel small but it most certainly is not. The open-concept kitchen and den is the perfect group/family hangout area. Basement has super comfy couches with built in recliners. Everything worked and all cabinets were full of supplies, dishes, pots/pans, etc. only challenge we had was figuring out the light switches as there were so many. Family and friends enjoyed the wave pool and other amenities available with the added fee. Commute to Bethany and Rehoboth Beaches very easy. Definitely consider returning here!

Home away from home

The suggestion of bringing your own linen was a great idea. The home had plenty of cooking appliances and utensils. It felt like we was home. Bathrooms was really clean as well as the whole house. This townhouse is huge inside. More than enough space.

Prefect House for large family.

We flew up from FL to spend time with our kids and grand kids. House had plenty of room for all of us. The location was prefect. Resort was very nice. Everyone enjoyed the wave pool and miniature golf. There's a nice little hiking trail at the resort that leads to a dock on the bay. Melissa was very responsive when I reached out to her. We will be back next year!

A Family 4th

Something for everyone from 6 to 70 including activities and under control fireworks. Best stocked home we have ever stayed at through VRBO and it was convenient for the two things we forgot!

The Peninsula

This was a great location for a first time visit to The Peninsula in Delaware. It is a beautiful community and everyone is very friendly. The property was clean and comfortable. It might be too large for two people, but it is perfect if you have family members visiting.

Lovely home

We had a wonderful time. It was a lovely home and well stocked. We flew in from Denver for a family reunion and was nice not to have to run directly to the grocery store for coffee. The only issue we had was getting all 4 rooms sheets and towels washed and dried by checkout.

Well decorated place. Bigger than expected

This was a very nice and clean place. The pictures on the website did not do it justice. This place was a lot larger than expected. I got lost a few times. Lol. I like that the owner made available to use whatever supplies that were found in the cabinets. Most owners would have kept almost all the cabinets locked. She was trusting enough to keep them open which says a lot about the owner. We were respectful enough to only use the bare minimum because we brought most of what we needed. Overall, this was a great place to stay and would recommend it to others.

Pleasantly Surprised!

The location was a lot more luxurious, spacious and accommodating than the pictures seemed to capture. Everyone, we were a party of 10, was surprised at how nice this locaton was and with how much there was to do at the Plantation. The propery manager, Mellisa, was very helpful and quick to get back to us with our questions. I would highly recommend this location.

Great place and great location!

My family and friends loved the townhouse! We enjoyed the very spacious kitchen and family room area. Plenty of space for 3 families. The pool complex was amazing and was a BIG hit with the 12 year olds in our group!! The owner was easy to work with and very helpful in answering all of my questions prior to our stay. Will definitely consider renting this property again!

Family summer getaway

We are a family of 11 which includes 6 adults and 5 children. The accommodations were comfortable and well maintained. The amenities were spectacular although the extra fee required by the HOA to use the facilities was annoying. Overall we would rebook another vacation.

Fantastic House and Location

We had a great time. The house was larger than we expected. Plenty of space. Great open format for socializing. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Well worth the $15/day fee to access the wave pool/hot tubs/indoor pool at the clubhouse. There’s also a small inlet beach near the clubhouse which is not crownded. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall like the community, access to Rehoboth and the wave pool, but hated the smell of raw sewage

This is the second time my family stayed here. So we like the house etc, but this time the entire first floor smelled like raw sewage. I don't know what was causing it, but that was no good.

Enjoyable stay

Our group loved staying in the luxurious pennisula resort. This property was very spacious and could easily sleep 14 people! The house was well maintained and we really enjoyed the patios. Be sure to pack towels (including kitchen towels and beach towels), and paper products- paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Owner can be slow at getting back to you with any questions.
