Welcome to Drum Creek Way, a stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home designed for luxury, comfort, and coastal fun! This beautifully appointed residence offers a versatile layout perfect for large groups, featuring two primary suites and two distinct living areas. Whether you are enjoying a friendly game of shuffleboard in the upstairs living space, relaxing on the screened porch, or taking advantage of the kitchen with its high-end appliances and breakfast bar, this home provides an upscale base for your Delaware vacation. Guests also enjoy free access to the community pool and fitness center, ensuring a perfect balance of relaxation and activity.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
First Floor | Main Living & Primary Suite
The main level features a bright, open living room and a modern kitchen with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen boasts ample counter space for meal prep and dining. The first of two Primary Suites is located on this floor, offering a King bed and a private en-suite with a walk-in shower. A powder room, screened porch, laundry room and access to the garage complete this level.
Second Floor | Entertainment & Additional Suites
The second floor is built for entertainment, featuring a secondary living room equipped with a TV and a shuffleboard table. The second Primary Suite is located here, also featuring a King bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms—one with a Queen bed and one with two Twin beds—share a full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Outdoor Living & Amenities
Enjoy the fresh air from the private screened porch on the first floor. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the community’s premium amenities, including a sparkling outdoor pool and a fully equipped workout area.
**Please note this is a new community which still has active construction occurring.**

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.

MISCELLANEOUS
-The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
-There is parking for 4 vehicles.
-No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
