Relax at your own Spanish inspired waterfront oasis with private inground pool surrounded by native coconut, fruit, palm trees, etc. The property contains a private tropical landscape, outdoor BBQ station, screened in lounge area, etc. 23 minutes (13.3 miles) from Miami Int. Airport. Located in the residential enclave of Palmetto Bay, Miami directly on a beautiful Canal. The interior is appointed with Miami canvas art. The Canal inhabitants include(s) prized trophy fish such as Butterfly Peacock Bass, Tarpon, Largemouth bass, Mayan Cichlid, Snook, Crevalle jack, Bluegill, Mangrove snapper, Jaguar cichlid, Spotted tilapia, Oscar, Clown knifefish, Great barracuda, Bowfin, Common dolphinfish, Manatee, Gar, etc. Visitors on the property include Macaws, Monk parakeets, Herons, Storks, Pelicans, Flamingos, Egrets, Ducks, Iguanas, Turtles, Peacocks, Cranes, etc. Truly an incredibly unique location and experience. Professional private fishing expedition(s) are available as well at an additional cost.

Core memories made!

This place was a perfect fit for everyone! Kids swam, mom relaxed, and dad fished. Uber eats had no problem finding us. There were tons of places nearby to enjoy too. The wildlife was really the best part for everyone.

loved this vacation

Nice house with plenty of wildlife in the backyard! Flocks of ibises and peacocks, as well as ducks and geese, and plenty of fish in the canals. We loved the beautiful backyard overlooking the intersection of two canals. The house itself is well maintained and has all the necessary things available. We hope to return some day!

Incredible Oasis! Best spot in FL! Spectacular home and property!

Spectacular home and Property! This is your own private Spanish style tropical resort. The backyard is stunning filled with coconut and tropical trees of all kinds. We were visited by Flamingos, pelicans, turtles, ducks, iguanas and birds of all varieties. We even fished and caught huge peacock bass. The pool is beautiful and the perfect way to end an 80f Miami day. The outside bbq station was perfect for the burgers and steaks we bought. The inside was the perfect size to accommodate all 8 of us. Cool Miami canvas paintings and pictures give this home a spectacular vibe. And so much more. We also did an unforgettable fishing trip the host has available for an additional price that was worth every penny. We will definitely be renting this amazing home again in the fall. 5 STARS!!! Thank-You!

Unique and Exceptional Property

Beautiful, spacious, clean and well equipped property located at the wide intersection of two canals, replete with palm trees, ducks, cranes, egrets, coots and iguanas. The canal is filled with peacock bass, largemouth bass, Mayan and other cichlids, mullet, etc,, as well as turtles, large and small, and is a fisherman’s paradise. The owners could not have been more gracious, attentive and responsive. For me, who fished virtually every day, it was an opportunity of a lifetime. And the owners could not have been more gracious, attentive and responsive and became our friends during the course of our one month stay. It was a true adventure.

Great house, wonderful backyard!

Our original VRBO was canceled 10 days prior to our trip, and we were so lucky to have found this house! Mike and Elena could not have been more accommodating and hospitable. They were always very quick to answer any questions we had and checked in with us to make sure we were all set. There was an small issue with the house cleaners when we arrived, but Elena was very prompt with her response and offer to send someone right over to fix it. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the pool bc it was a touch too chilly outside for it, but the backyard was amazing and perfect for our two toddlers. Neighborhood was quiet and close to a great playground and stores (grocery, ice cream/bakery, convenience stores etc). We would absolutely recommend this house if you are looking to stay in that area and hope to be back again next year!

Perfect spot!

I am in love with this house and would definitely come back! It is a beautiful spot! It was a perfect location to host my family so that we could attend my grandmother’s 100th birthday celebration at East Ridge Senior Living Community. With four bedrooms, there was plenty of space for a large family. I will keep this house in mind the next time I need to come back down!
