Welcome to our 4-bed waterfront retreat in Cutler Bay, accommodating 12 guests. Relax by the pool and gazebo with a TV, overlooking the serene freshwater canal to Black Point Marina. Family-friendly fun with basketball, paddle boards, kayaks, pedal boats, and a playground. Conveniently located in Cutler Bay, enjoy easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and more. Just an hour to the Florida Keys and under 30 minutes to downtown Miami, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and excitement.

Casa De Lago features smart outdoor lights, a universal key for all doors, and a smart thermostat for AC. Enjoy streaming on any TV, and make use of the Samsung Smart HUB fridge in the kitchen for audio and video convenience. The house is equipped with a gas water heater and dryer. Additionally, we provide a kayak, paddle-board, small pedal boat, and life jackets for both kids and adults. For safety, a pool fence is included, but please note there is no lifeguard onsite—swim at your own risk. Heating Spa available upon request. Additional fees may apply.

By utilizing the pool, lake access, and other amenities provided on this property, you acknowledge and assume all associated risks. While we encourage you to enjoy these features, please be aware of potential dangers. Children should be supervised near water, and the use of provided life jackets is strongly recommended, especially for swimming and rowboating. No diving is allowed off the dock due to the shallow water.

By agreeing to our VRBO House Rules, you accept full responsibility for any injuries that may occur to you or others in your party during these activities. The property owner and management are not liable for injuries, accidents, damages, or loss of life related to the use of pool or lake facilities. Guests are expected to exercise caution, follow safety guidelines, and supervise minors.

Additionally, guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and the property owner and management disclaim any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. Access to these amenities implies acceptance of these terms.

The undersigned agrees to hold the property owner harmless against any claims, damages, or causes of action arising from injury, loss of life, or property loss sustained in or about the property. The owners shall not be liable for personal injuries or damages to goods, wares, or property, regardless of the cause or negligence.
