◆ Guests must climb stairs; each flight has 5-6 stairs with handrails.
◆ As it's part of a 12-unit apartment complex, expect occasional general "living" noises.
◆ Complimentary Wi-Fi, a 55” Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are provided.
◆ To respect neighbors, NO parties/events, loud music, raised voices, or excessive noise are permitted. The property is equipped with MINUT, a noise monitoring device that notifies of noise level breaches. Tampering will result in a $200 fine and immediate removal.

Guest access

◆ Guests can self-check-in using the electronic keypad at the front door. Access codes are typically sent within 24 hours of your arrival for added convenience.
◆ Each guest has access to their individual unit as well as a shared laundry room within the building.
◆ Guests should note that there are stairs to navigate. There are 4-5 steps down to the unit, which is considered a "garden apartment" as it's partially below the main/street level of the building. Additionally, to exit the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring guests to climb up and down a few flights of steps.
◆ Parking is provided with one off-street reserved space. Guests are requested to park in the designated area and not on the side of the parking lot where the daycare is located.

Other things to note

◆ Please be aware that guests are required to climb some steps to enter the house, with one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.
◆ This unit is located on the 3rd floor, and there are 7 steps leading up to each level. In total, there are 21 steps from the front door to Unit 9 on the 3rd level.
◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
◆ Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more are provided free of charge during your stay.
◆ We provide complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags for each bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Please note that these items are not replenished, so you will need to purchase more if needed.
◆ A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

~HOUSE RULES~

✔ Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
✔ Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the home is strictly prohibited, and the use of recreational drugs on the property is not allowed. Failure to comply will result in a $500 penalty.
✔ Parties/events are not permitted, and illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Excessive noise, including loud music, is not allowed after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property.
✔ Setting up tents or other structures on the property grounds is not permitted.
✔ Guests are responsible for any charges related to damages or extra cleaning required after their stay.
✔ Guests may be asked to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
✔ Please refrain from moving furniture.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

-Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.

-Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

-No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

-No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

-Any violations of the house rules could result in the immediate removal from the property WITHOUT REFUND. Furthermore, guests must abide by all airbnb policies and local, state, or federal laws.
