Open concept dining, kitchen and living space. Space has 4 seat eat in kitchen dining table as well as 6 seat formal dining table.
Laundry closet in hallway across from bathroom with front load washer and dryer, iron with ironing board.
Covered lanai with extended screened in pool, lounge and hot tub. Hot tub is available for use, but there is a nightly charge to heat the hot tub.
Guest access
The entire house is accessible with the exception of the garage and hallway closet. Guest can use the 2 car driveway

Hot Tub usage is controlled by host and an extra fee of $40/ day.
Garage is off limits.
