The place itself was great and the location was very convenient. The home was clean and overall comfortable.However, one of the bedrooms has a door that is shared with the neighbors, which was a major issue for us. We could clearly hear the neighbors snoring very loudly, and with children staying in that bedroom, it did not feel safe or private.Additionally, the neighbors had very loud arguments, often early in the morning. This made it very difficult to get our infants to sleep, and they would wake up scared because of the noise. There were also dogs barking throughout the day.Another thing to note is that there were multiple cats frequently on the porch. The neighbors left food outside for them, and on several nights raccoons came onto the porch to eat the food. Guests with cat allergies may have a hard time sleeping comfortably.One more issue was the trash situation. There is only one trash bin shared between two houses, and on several days it was already completely full, so we were unable to take our trash out.Overall, the place itself is nice and well located, but the noise, shared door, trash situation, and animal activity made it challenging for families with young children or guests sensitive to noise or allergies.
