Great stay
We had a great stay at the Marriott Ko Olina.
Easy check in and check out. Very clean, and had a fantastic view of the pool and ocean.

We had a wonderful time here! We enjoyed the resort’s amenities and the place was well-equipped for our family. Communication with our host was seamless. We would stay here again.

Vacation full of anxiety
Good location, nice property. Booked through VRBO app, set for 3 nights a month in advance, needed to attend a wedding and a graduation. Added a day to the travel plans and some how our reservation was canceled for the original dates. So basically had 1 night booked, the other days were canceled. Lost 2 days of rest and relaxation not to mention We had to check in and out every day of our short stay. Was not able to enjoy anything as we were always having to pack our things to check into another room every morning. Unable to enjoy a cup of coffee and wat h the sunrise or have breakfast. Needed to put off excursions because we needed to check in to another room everyday. I guess atleast we got to attend the events and not celebrate. Hopefully someone else will not have to go through the anxiety of cancelations by miscommunications. Not to mention the front desk just puts it on the owner. We did encounter a few really helpful and compassionate front desk staff that sympathize with us and tried their best to make it so we weren't sleeping on the lobby floor but still didn't get to enjoy our vacation to the fullest.
