First Ski trip for my son!
This is an amazing location. Right outside the main lifts. The hotel has many food options. You can get your rental gear on site. Easy easy easy. The efficiency apartment was perfect for my son and I. We didn’t need a car. Everything you need is right here.

Bait n Switch – Beware!
This rental was a massive disappointment and hassle. Red flag, the listing photos are generic stock photos lifted from the Sheraton’s website – not the actual suite you reserve. Upon check-in, it seems the owner double-booked the suite, and our reservation was converted to a standard hotel room. I definitely rented and paid for a studio suite with kitchen and seating area. Not a hotel room. Fortunately, the Sheraton staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk and bell stand were super friendly and helpful. They were eventually able to sort some things out with other guest in "a similar situation." We got to inspect a few room options, and we ended up in an ADA studio because it was the only option that had a kitchen/laundry, but no seating area other than two dining chairs. Not exactly ideal for lounging/relaxing after a day skiing, and also not what was advertised in the listing amenities. I tried contacting VRBO Customer Service. After two attempts and 30 mins on hold, I finally got someone on the phone. They asked me to submit photos and they would call back, but they never called back.The owner was also hard to reach at check-in, I called a few times and they eventually responded via text. They did offer a partial refund, which I did not accept since we ultimately were placed in a studio suite. The owner never checked up on us to see if we were satisfied with the accommodation.
