Great Location

We had a fabulous time at the condo. It was perfect for my family of 3. The proximity to the slopes was fantastic and there were so many great dining options to choose from. Would definitely stay again!

This Great location little Villa does have total Package wak Ski to slopes and Village NO CAR NEED also has an Free bus outside the door to take you to Mid Town and Down Steamboat FREE every 20 mins

Steamboat at its best!!

Wonderful beautiful condo steps for slopes. All facilities including two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. Very relaxing and private. What a great Christmas stay!!

Great location

Walk to the base and plenty of restaurants. Convenient parking in the garage. Cool place, enjoyed the bear!

Cozy on mountain rental

Nice clean and cozy mountain location made made a good way to recharge the batteries & explore Steamboat. On site secure garage was also appreciated!

Perfect Place to Stay in Steamboat

This condo has been beautifully remodeled. It has a very upscale feel and is very reasonably priced. It is very clean and well kept. The unit is just as described and pictured. Good location. Would definitely stay again.

Fun, quiet, updated studio

Very nice space. Clean, quiet, relaxed. Very comfortable except the 7 ft stuffed bear in the bedroom - definitely memorable.

Great stay

My husband and I stayed with our 9 mo old for a week. The unit was exactly as listed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very easy to walk with skis to the Gondola. David was very comminicative and helped us with a few questions as they arose.

Winter Wonderland!

The condo was fantastic with everything we needed. The large fireplace, stainless appliances, rain shower heads, granite counter tops were all luxurious. The condo had easy access to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, and the ski mountain. The Ski locker was a nice plus along with the underground parking.

Great property!

This place is a real find. The owners have really done a nice job of upgrading it throughout. Wood floors, beautiful stone fireplace, granite counter tops throughout, SS appliances and fully stocked kitchen. Loved that it has two full bathrooms! Nice and clean and quiet. Close to the gondola and access to hiking trails, bus routes, etc.

Weekend Trip

Property was very close to the ski resort. Great location. You had all amenities in the condo that you needed. Owner was responsive and helpful. Pull out couch was a bit rough to sleep on. Might be best for young kids. Overall 5 stars. Thanks

Disappointed

1) Check in process was a nightmare. Not clear at all that we couldn't drive to the property and park without a key fob to get into the parking lot.2) wasn't clear that a second key fob was required for parking at all3) that the parking key fob was actually a laminated piece of paper, not a "fob".4) the parking fob wasn't in the lockbox where the directions said it would be. when I called the owner he said they must have left it in the unit...which I can't get into b/c I can't get into the parking lot. his response was to "park on the street and walk up to the unit"5) the indoor fob that's supposed to work the hot tub area didn't work; when I reported it, the owner never replied other than to say the maintenance guy was going to stop by and check it...never heard back again.6) there is a GIANT stuffed bear in the bedroom area of the loft...just weird and unsettling...7) the elevator was broken.for what we paid for this unit, I was extremely disappoined. would not recommend...

Right Off the BAT Theres No mention in my description theres an ELEVATOR So his complaining isnt VAILD whats so ever. ENOUGH SAID I have 49 reviews with an rating of 9.2 over 12 years This property Speaks for its self ONE BAD APPLE can COMPLAIN ,But He didnt Leave DID HE ,It has to many ASSETS SKI IN/ OUT UPDATED and SWEET

After Christmas Ski Trip

We were very excited to stay in this newly renovated condo. The owner was kind enough to keep us updated on the progress of the renovation in the months leading up to our stay. The space is truly beautiful! Fabulous fireplace, wood floor, granite throughout, lovely kitchen and fantastic bathrooms. We truly enjoyed our stay and getting to the slopes was a short walk as were the free buses that took us into town for groceries, eating and site-seeing. The condo has a nice view of the mountain so you could relax and take in the scenery. It was very quiet, which allowed for a good nights sleep after a long day on the mountain. Our only issue was that since we were the first group to stay in the condo, it lacked some necessary items. We needed towels for the floor in the bathrooms, hot pads, a strainer and bottle opener, but the owners were prompt in stopping by to bring over any requested items which we were appreciative of! The pull out couch bed was a bit uncomfortable (as any pull-out bed usually is) so it might be more suited to two people as the upstairs bed is extremely comfortable! Overall, it was a great condo that we'd recommend! Recommendations: We love Black Tie Rental at the base of the mountain for our ski rentals. We also love the Cantina located in downtown Steamboat. We dined at the Cantina the same night that country music singer Luke Bryan and Duck Dynasty star Willie Robertson were there which made for a fun atmosphere. Great Mexican food, too! Stop by Off the Beaten Path bookstore for excellent hot chocolate and book browsing and of course, F.M. Light & Sons for some western items. Don't forget to head to the hot springs to warm up!

We just finished this All new Elegant unit We rushed to get it done and finished it in time When there was a request for needed items I jumped and followed thru This villa is in heart of ski area /slopes WALK EVERYWERE IF YA WANT THE BEST I FEEL THIS HAS TOTAL PACKAGE

Good location at base of mountain

Nice property with underground onsite parking. Unit is very clean and comfortable for a couple looking for a getaway. Walking distance to all shops/restaurants at base. Free shuttle bus to downtown is just a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

Great but lots of stairs

Great place for our family of three! Short walk to the slopes across the street. Only downfall we thought was all the little sets of stairs in the building & a super small elevator. So lugging luggage and food and such up was a pain. Couch could be updated and comfier. Everyone mentioned how comfortable the king bed was, but it was too soft for us (memory foam). Overall though we were happy and it worked for us! We loved Steamboat!

Slope view, easy everything

The beds were super comfortable. Had an issue with missing sheets and owners were there in just a few minutes with everything we needed. Super responsive. Great view of ski hill, walk to everything, nice fireplace!!!

Very nice place

It was very clean and very very nice updated place. Perfect for a get away. I really appreciated the pots/pans/dishes towels etc. everything was clean and beautiful. The view was great. There parks and walking areas all around there. The grocery store is super close and very convenient.

We bought this ski times unit and remodeled the entire villa.
Its all new
It will be very elegant with granite/mirrors/tile/wood floors
