Conveniently located near Parc Bellerive, essential services, hospitals, and just 5 minutes from the Honoré-Beaugrand metro and 15 minutes to downtown Montreal. Express buses are just steps away. Parking is available in designated spot #3 or on the street (check city signs).

Note: The cameras cover the front and rear of the building in addition to covering the entrance to the building to ensure everyone`s safety. NO cameras are installed inside the accommodations.

NB sometimes the camera system also helps customers guide them to obtain the key.
10 dollars extra per hour for an arrival before 1600 but this must be approved and paid extra on the amount of the reservation in advance depending on the availability of the cleaning team. Same thing for a departure after 1100 up to a maximum of 3:00 p.m. and it must be approved at least 24 hours in advance.

Free street parking may be available; however, we are not responsible for parking availability or regulations. Guests are responsible for verifying local parking rules and ensuring compliance. If you prefer private parking, please contact us in advance. The cost is $10 per night. N/B: Private parking might not be available it depends on avaliability

Note: Even though your dog is a support animal, there will be a $10 fee per dog, per night, for your stay. We will waive the extra pet count if you have two or three dogs (maximum), but the $10 nightly fee still applies. This is because having animals in the unit leads to higher cleaning costs, increased risk of damage to furniture, and potential issues with other tenants in the building or future guests staying in the same unit — especially those with pet allergies.

During your stay in our accommodation, we provide Wi-Fi. However, we are not responsible for any Internet outages. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible with our technician and/or Internet provider, but we cannot be held liable for any financial losses or damages that may result from such interruptions.

Additionally, we provide basic supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. If there is a dishwasher, we will include a few pods or capsules for a limited number of uses. The same applies to the washing machine — we will provide a few laundry detergent pods for your stay. However, we are not responsible for restocking these items, regardless of the length of your stay. You will need to purchase more if needed.

1. 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
a) Guests accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, or accident resulting from use of the hot tub, pool, or backyard area.
b) Hosts are not liable for injuries caused by slips, trips, unsupervised children, intoxication, pregnancy, or health conditions.
c) Guests agree to hold the hosts/property owner harmless from any claims.
2 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
a) All bathers MUST shower 🚿 before entering the Hot Tub This ensures that the oils from your skin do not contaminate the water. It will stay sanitized longer.
b) No diving, running, or horseplay near the hot tub.
c) No glass containers or objects in or around the hot tub.
d) No food, bubble bath, oils, lotions, or soaps in the water.
e) No pets 🐈 in the hot tub
f) No smoking, vaping, or candles near water features
g) No use while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
h) Please don`t change the temperature settings. It is preset for your comfort and safety
i) Replace the cover after each use to retain the heat and keep debris out
j) Please do not sit or stand on the cover
3. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 & 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬
a) Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds, contagious skin conditions, or infectious illnesses
b) Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant🤰, have a heart condition, or are on medications.
c) Limit hot tub use to 15–20 minutes to avoid dehydration
4.𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧
a) The primary guest is responsible for ensuring all members of their group understand and follow these rules.
b) Guests must explain risks to children and vulnerable individuals in their party.
5. 𝐀𝐜𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤
a) Use of the hot tub is at your own risk ⚠️
b) Be aware of slippery surfaces
c) These facilities are not supervised or guarded.
d) Children under 16 years of age must be directly supervised by an adult at all times in the hot tub area

6) 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐬
a) Guests will be billed for damages 🛠️ caused by misuse or negligence.

7) 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 & 𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
a) By using the hot tub you release the property owner, agents, and staff from all claims or liability arising from your use.
b) You waive any legal claim for accidents or injuries related to these amenities.
8. 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and staff from any claims, damages, or losses.
