Great location and updated interior.

The location is perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants but set back in a park setting. Nature area and great walking trails and peacocks roamed the neighborhood next door. Troy was an excellent host and even added YouTube tv for us so we could watch the NCAA basketball tournament. Updated interior with nice furniture and comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend!

Good Location

The unit is clean and just remodeled. It suit our needs for our stay in Clearwater. However, when you pull up to the unit the neighborhood looks a little rough and this is not something we would ever consider purchasing for ourselves. It meet our needs and I am sure that for a short stay others will find the location as good as we did.

First Floor:
Open-concept living room with a plush, U-shaped couch and a 79-inch Smart TV.
Sliding doors open to a private, fenced-in patio with peaceful views of an adjacent nature park.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances, including an LG stove and refrigerator.
Kitchen amenities: blender, rice maker, hot water kettle, and all necessary cookware.
A dedicated work area with Apple Home integration for seamless device connectivity.
A convenient half-bathroom.

Second Floor:
