on the beach

Excellent location, steps to the beach, just far enough away from Clearwater to avoid the crowds but still have access to nightlife when desired. Bob does an excellent job of communicating prior to arrival and follows up to see that your satisfied with the condo after check in.

Awesome gulf access

Access to the Gulf was fantastic! There were great sunsets on the Gulf-side patio with lounge chairs. Bob's communication was excellent, with quick responses to any questions or requests. Residents were friendly and invited us to social gatherings. The condo was well equipped.

Excellent experience

Bob is very easy to work with. His condo is clean and well-equipped for his guests. It was just as described. He was available for any questions. We highly recommend him and his property.

great month

My wife and I spent the month of Dec. in this unit and had a great time. The condo lived up to the photos posted, it was very clean and well maintained. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had concerning the unit and its amenities. It was decorated and furnished very well. We would recommend this unit to anyone.

The Perfect Getaway!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Bob and Stephanie's beach condo. We had the chance to stay three month and loved every single day there. The beautiful beach is literally just steps away from the door. The ease of being able to walk back and fourth from condo to beach is well worth booking this place! This is a comfortable and quite complex. Everyone was nice and friendly. The bedrooms were spacious and the furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen basically had everything you would need. We would recommend this place to anyone that would ask us. As we had our stay Bob was always quick to answer any questions we may have had.

Beach Retreat with the Comforts of Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Bob & Steph’s place, and they were all-around great to work with! This is the best equipped vacation rental we’ve experienced. The recently updated kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed (and more). The sofas and the beds were very comfortable and we always appreciate the comfort of ceiling fans, especially in bedrooms. The complex is a beachfront, well-maintained, quiet, and friendly retreat. A covered parking spot, pool, and BBQ grills are nice "extras." If you like an uncrowded beach experience, you will love it here! We have made many trips to the area, but this was our first time staying in Belleair Beach. It is the best of both worlds - an almost exclusively residential area - yet just a short drive to Publix, restaurants, etc. We’re always looking for places to slow down and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the beach, and are so glad we found this gem. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach and the gorgeous gulf sunsets. Needless to say, we highly recommend this property, and would absolutely return. Thank you, Bob and Steph, for the wonderful experience and comforts of home away from home!

Relaxing.

Had the best time at this condo. Stayed for a month while I worked a contract. The beach is your backyard. The pool is nice. The condo is clean and comfortable, and you have your own washer and dryer! It’s awesome. Location is safe. 10/10 recommend!

Heaven on earth!

We spent the month of April in this wonderful condo. The condo was truly a home away from home, it had everything we needed including beach supplies, a well equipped kitchen and was attractively furnished. We also really enjoyed the huge TV and the baseball channel! The location is amazing just steps to a wonderful, quiet beach which is where we spent most of the time. The condo property is quiet and very well maintained. We could not have asked for anything more and are returning next April. Thanks Bob and Stephanie for everything. This was our 5th year in this area of Florida. We believe we have now found the best place and plan to make a visit to Bellaire Beach an annual event. No need to go anywhere else, great beach, great accommodations at a great price.

Our 3rd Year here!

We have just spent our 3rd year at Bob & Stephanie's lovely condo on the Gulf. The third year was just as spectacular as the first two. Maybe even better, because the weather was so great! There really are no negatives to write about the condo, everything was a positive wonderful experience. The condo is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy the beach. The amenities for living are just like being at home. We already are looking forward to our 4th year on the Gulf. Thanks Bob & Stephanie for another wonderful year.

Everything we needed and MORE!

We moved to Florida in July of 2016 knowing only that we wanted to be in the Clearwater/Tampa area. We looked at several condo pictures online and had a hard time finding the right place. We kept coming back to this unit based upon the pictures and reviews. What I liked most about the pictures is that the beach pics were actually the beach we were staying on. Many of the condos we looked at had stock pictures of the area. This condo had it all! We enjoyed the condo for two months and were never in need of anything. When our house that we purchased in the area was not to be ready Bob was extremely accommodating and allowed us to extend a couple weeks, putting off his own family vacation in the process. Bob went above and beyond every step of the way. We enjoyed a beautiful beach in our back yard with several restaurants nearby. Excellent fish tacos at Jake's just a few miles south on Gulf Blvd, fyi! The beach was gorgeous and a great time for our family for two months. We have several pictures of sunsets that are postcard worthy. I can not say enough how happy we were with the condo and the hospitality from Bob and Stephanie

Feels like home !

I loved this place , so close to the beach . I saw the lovely sunsets with sailboats and Dolphins playing. The condo itself is as described everything you could want is there.Very nice location. We were there last June 2015. Couldn't make it for this year, but I plan to rent again soon.

Just great!

We were pleasantly surprised with all we found on entering the unit. As we went from room to room and all the finishing touches just had to take pictures of everything. The unit most certainly had all you could ask for. Our daughter visited with us and loved the closeness of the pool and beach too. We are looking forward to future visits. Beach Walker says it all. Our thanks to you Bob and Stephanie.

Wonderfully decorated & furnished unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay in this unit. The owners have furnished the unit with everything you could possibly need. It has many really nice features: a 60" TV, new refrigerator and stove, new hardwood floors, 2 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, covered parking. The best feature of all is the access it has to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. A short walk (50') is all it takes to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean, beautiful sunsets and miles & miles of sandy beach. The unit is also furnished with everything you need to enjoy the beach: chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The owners, Bob & Stephanie, are very responsive to whatever problems you have, and we only had one. A faulty ceiling fan, which Bob replaced. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

An excellent home away from home!

We are Clearwater residents who needed a place to stay while our home was being renovated. This condo was perfect! It's clean, convenient, steps from the pool and the beach, with covered parking and very conscientious Owners. We stayed six weeks, had one minor maintenance issue which Bob had fixed immediately. The photos are accurate, the location is fantastic and the price is a great value. We've already recommended this condo to friends and family!

Amazing Home

This home was amazing! If you are looking for a safe, beautiful, lots of space, everything furnished, beautiful beach, don't hesitate to go anywhere else. I stayed here a month and loved it! I couldn't have asked for anything better. I stayed here while visiting my brother who is in a traumatic brain injury facility in Clearwater. Sitting on the beach in the evening can sure relieve the stress. This home should also say handicap. I took my brother, who is in a wheelchair to the beach, there is a concrete walkway, which was wonderful. The home is furnished with everything that you could possibly want or need. I mean everything! !! If I ever go back for a month, I will pick this home. Beautiful sunsets, on the lower level, nice beds, large bathrooms with everything you need. This home is very large and spacious. Thanks for everything! Jeanine

Business Trip...Wonderful!!

I stayed in the two bedroom condo for two months because of a project i was involved with in Clearwater. This 2 bedroom condo couldn't have been any better. It was just what I needed. It was like being home except I had the beach and the sunshine. I was able to bring my family down here at different times which was very nice. The perks are that parking and the condo are on the first floor (very helpful), the 60" TV, wifi/printer, sunsets, shopping, and all the beach amenities right in the closet. The Ramella's said all you need is a tooth brush and your clothes LOL. I highly recommend renting this condo if you are traveling down here. I will rent from them again!!!

Rest and relaxation

We spent a very enjoyable month of January in this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the owners also provided games, movies , beach chairs and umbrella as well as sand toys for kids. The location was beautiful and if the condo had been facing the ocean instead of the street, we would have given it an excellent rating.

Beautiful and relaxing

Hi Bob & Stephanie. I wanted to thank you for renting us your Bellaire Beach condo. We really had a wonderful time. Having the high chair & Pack N Play was very helpful for our 2 year old. The DVD’s in the bedrooms and living room were great! Our 5 year son could watch “Old Godzilla movies while our 7 year old daughter watched “Old Disney classics” My husband and I enjoyed the 60” HDTV in the Living room. The beach and pool were beautiful and very close. It was nice to have the beach chairs, large towels, beach tent and the buckets/shovels and floats... The sunsets were spectacular every night. Bellaire Beach is very convenient to go to Clearwater or Treasure Island/St Pete with all the Shoppe’s and Restaurants. The condo being on the first floor was also easy to access with the covered parking right next to the unit. The weather was warm and always sunny we will be in contact with you to see what months will be available for next year. We would definitely recommend your place to our family and friends. January Occupants.

We spent the month of January in this unit and enjoyed it very much. It was all it was described to be--and more. The new appliances in the kitchen and the new 60" TV in the living room added to our enjoyment. The owners live nearby and were very helpful in answering our questions and handling any other concerns we had, We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nicely furnished condo.

Belleair Beach residents are provided many recreational facilities including four beach accesses, eleven public parks, the Belleair Beach Boat Ramp, a Municipal Marina with 20 slips, two tennis courts, and playground. All the beaches along the Gulf of Mexico have their own character and discovering the many activities, restaurants and shopping each has to offer will provide variety to your stay. Tampa is approximately 30-40 minutes away, theme parks are approximately 1 1/2 hours away and airport access is available through Clearwater-St. Petersburg Airport or Tampa International Airport.

This first floor condominium is located on the Gulf of Mexico. It has two bedrooms, two baths, living room with dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Approximately 1100 square feet, the building/unit is on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. There is no balcony. The unit has a washer and dryer, three TV's with high-speed internet and DVD player. The pool and beach are just steps from the condo. Reserved covered parking is directly at door of condo. Additional guest parking is in front of the condo. Owners live in nearby Hillsborough County should anything arise that requires immediate attention.
