This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, in-town home is centrally located with easy access to whatever brings you to Athens. Just blocks from the Athens loop and a straight path to downtown, ultimately ending at the UGA Arch and historic North Campus.

I loved this property. It had all the comforts of home, spacious rooms, tv in every room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, modern furnishings and beautifully decorated. The only thing I did not like was the front and back door not having any blinds or shade for privacy.

UGA Campus Tour

The house is very nice, very clean, great space and close to UGA. Was a great base for my daughter’s UGA tour. Would highly recommend this property. Jennifer was great with booking, check in and check out.
