The Space:
Winterplace F303 is accessed by shared covered stairs and is located on the third level. You'll love the stunning mountain views from up here! Enter into the large mudroom with plenty of cubbies and hooks to store your winter gear. The attached laundry room is located off of the mudroom with more storage space, too.

Kick off your ski boots and enter the main living space with an open-concept floor plan with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The updated kitchen features large countertops, new appliances, and cabinets to store your ski day snacks. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar with space for three or at the dining table fit for eight guests. This unit is set up perfectly for group dinners and ski-day lunchtime! The attached living room features high ceilings, skylights, big windows, a wood-burning fireplace, a big comfy couch with extra seating, and access to the private deck. It's the perfect space for movie night, game night, or cuddling around the fire after a long day on the slopes. Watch the skiers go by out the window or from the deck!

The primary en-suite bedroom connects to the private deck as well as a full bathroom. There is plenty of storage space for your winter wear with dressers and closet space. Snuggle in bed and turn on your favorite movie to fall asleep to with the wall-hanging television.

The second bedroom located off of the mudroom features a full-sized bed and a twin-sized bed, offering space for three to sleep. This bunk room is connected to the third bedroom through a shared full bathroom.

The last bedroom features a king-sized bed, bright windows, and dresser storage. This unit also has a lofted space with more sleeping space! Upstairs you'll find two twin-sized beds, perfect for the kids.
